The place was very clean and it has a great sea view from the balcony and the front staff at the moment we stayed there (Francis) was really accommodating, kuya Zack also assisted us in finding a car to rent during our stay and the owner (Kuya Karlo) was also very responsive. Overall an amazing stay, i would definitely stay again if we ever visit Virac again. Highly recommend!

A wonderful spot to stay on Catanduanes and call your base. The rooms are large, bright and very clean. Hot showers, fast Wi-Fi, smart TV and air conditioning in every room make this place stand out, however, especially for the price. A full tasty Philippine breakfast menu is available to be served fresh in your room in the morning, there is bikes available that you can rent out if you want to go discovering at your own pace and in the evening the place next door has decent chicken and will sell you a bucket of Red Horse for a reasonable price. We were even able to take the last two bottles to our rooms with their blessing. The receptionist and hosts were very helpful and allowed us make the best of our stay. Oh and there is little señorita bananas around as snacks most of the time if you get hungry!

The shower could have slightly better pressure though it was not a problem and a couple of spots in the bathroom could do with minor repair, including the faucet, though it was fully functional and more cosmetic. We like brewed barako coffee but only instant coffee was available with the amazing breakfast.

I like how the room looks so comfortable and it also feels so homey. There is drinking water available, and also a chiller.

I didn't like the comfort room. The water in the shower, is not strong, it probably is understandable because it may be difficult for the water to come up as the room is located on the second floor. Also, it floods every time I take a bath as the drainage is clogged I think. But I have already told this to the receptionist.

Good services, employee is very very friendly and gave good advises. Also the owner did. The extra’s (little snacks) we like it very much.

It is a little over rated; it is a bit noisy because of the road and it is more or less basic. In 3 days do not clean up the room (it is not a problem and because the environment better) but you expect i think more. The laundry it is a service but if you asked it is in the town.

Great airy room with a view to the sea. Nice smiling staff, Francis is very welcoming and ready to assist with any needs. He helped me get a driver and tour guide for a day.

One morning there was a powercut. Another morning there was no water. These things can happen, of course. If there is one thing I would suggest to improve the room, it would be to install a refrigerator for guests to use.

We loved the location and the sea views is just amazing! Our room is super spacious and modern looking. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and went over and beyond to help us with our little situation.

Location is ideal. 180° unhindered ocean views from our rooms and balconies. Very peaceful! Love it! Staff are exceptional. They go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The ocean is beautiful, clean, and fantastic for swimming. Words are not enough to explain. They have a massage lady who will make you feel amazing! Can't recommend this enough if you want to relax and enjoy.

Clean, comfortable with a nice view especially sunsets. The reception and all-around person, Francis made our stay memorable. He helped us find a trike tour, suggested a good route when we rented a car, even with hailing our tricycle when we went our for dinner.

Would appreciate to be provide a dishwashing soap and sponge for the kitchen, and a liquid hand soap for the toilet.

The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and always available and prompt for any need or request. Hot water in the shower and cosy decor were unexpected and much appreciated.

I love everything about the room. It's perfect for resting and working. The staff are really nice too! Thank you to Frances and Dexter for going the extra mile in assisting me when I was there. Even the owner (I think) who's personally answering the questions via booking.com is very accommodating and helpful.
