Close to shops and airport. We also booked a function at Palacio Del Sur which was very convenient as we did not need transport to go anywhere.

Found three large cockroach’s in the room during our stay. The housekeeper came in and sprayed Baygon for us to prevent any more. The fact that they allowed us to carry donuts into the pool area and advised us after the fact that we need to pay a corkage which was more than what the donuts cost is not good. We advised the hotel manager that the staff should tell you this before you enter the pool area as there were no signs advising you of this policy.

The level of service is great, the professionalism of staff is superb. The hotel is among few best available options in Zamboanga. I am very happy with our airport pickup, meet and greet, addressing our requests, checkout etc. On the ground front there's a restaurant, which is very decent and frequented by locals, always busy during evening hours because the food is great. Among menu items are some must-try local specialties. The restaurant has halal certification, which adds favourability to the hotel for Muslim guests.

Our room was a fly in the ointment. If it were more comfortable, I would give 10 out of 10 to the hotel, but can't. The room had no window resembling a prison cell, lol. This would not be an issue, but the genious architect who designed the hotel added a small window to the patio where the light is on the whole night! The tiny window didn't add light to the room during day, but was very annoying during night hours. No noise insulation at all, we heard everything in the corridor loud and clear. Be prepared to be heavily disturbed if you got noisy neighbours.

Little cockroaches coming out of the bathroom sink, and the very strong residual smell of maybe past smoking in the room. Coudn’t sleep first 2 nights and i had to cover my face with blanket the whole night. If it would help future guests, it would help to run water in the sink first and turn on aircon a few minutes before they’re brought inside the room.

Location was near to amenities & shopping .convienient from airport.Service n room was great. Manager JOHN was a gd ambassador for the hotel. Always Marcian for me & my family.1 choice n only choice

Breakfast spread should improve at variety.like to see more international dishes.Oats ,harsh brown,bake beans,pancakes,egg toast bread. It will be classic presentation for appetite & sumptuous meal to remember for a breakfast.

The location was great, very close to the airport and a short trip away from the nearest mall. Our room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Special shout out to the security guard who always opened both doors for our PWD family members and helped us get trikes.

The room that we got and the furniture looked a bit tired.

The rooms were quite spacious and modern. The staff were very accommodating and always willing to help above and beyond. The free shuttle from the airport is a good plus too. Restaurants within the hotel are the best in the city.

Breakfast menu could change a bit more in variety and maybe add some cakes like casava in to the menu.

room service menu is not set. breakfast buffet was not really organized. the omelette station sometimes does not have anyone manning on it. seating is also an issue especially if full because it takes a while to clear the tables. and requests for utensils took a long time. the front desk kept calling us to remind that the check out is at 12nn which was annoying. never got to use their airport shuttles

Because our departure time the next day is early. The front desk agreed. They did not make us any breakfast pack food. We went to the airport, hungry.
