It was a great short holiday, the staff was always nice and responsive. The room was clean and huge (we had the large twin) with a big balcony too. The swimming pools were great, especially the one outside, although small it was not very crowded, but the water temperature was amazing. The staff replenished the water bottles in the room which I appreciated it. The breakfast had many options and a cook is there to make omelettes on the spot. For lunch we tried one of the menu and it was also tasty (and cheap comparing to other restaurants in the area). Overall the hotel is quiet and is very close to the park.

The hotel is modern, clean and very well located in Busko, close to the park and restaurants. The swimming pools are great, especially the one outside. It is my second stay at this hotel and I can see the standard has not dropped. The breakfast is also very good, with many options.

In the bathroom, the water was leaking from the shower as there is walk-in shower and the water does not drain properly.

1. poor standard of service: 2 towels only and if you ask for more (since I did spa, went to swimig pool and wanted to actually have a shower), you almost have to beg and listen to excuses of 2-towel policy of the hotel 2. you bathrobe got wet and you would like to change for next day - forget it 3. NO slippers in the room at all 4. small 500ml water only given per day, then go and buy more or drink from the sink 5. wifi breaks down constantly 6. no service or reception after 8pm (!) I had to check out and leave 3am, came 11pm to the reception and there was noone to help with settling payment or even to ask for a towel This is not a standard of a hotel charging over 100 euros per night in a single simple room. Never coming back.
