I liked the location. They were prepared for international guests, and especially English speaking guests. The room was really nice and clean. The bowling area downstairs with restaurant wasn't too loud, and didn't interfere with my stay. I actually ate at the restaurant on site, and enjoyed the food. I'm really thankful that the parking on-site was for free as well. This is not the case with other hotels in the area. The breakfast in the morning is really good, and I was so thankful that it was ready to go when I came downstairs. Even though you can't order your breakfast on Booking.com (for example), the people in reception area are really kind, and are able to take care of it upon arrival. The price was good for what I ordered, and it was a good quality.

Some tiny things to notate. There were hand and finger prints on the walls and a few scuffs in the room, but it didn't impact my stay. I felt that the room was in good condition overall. It would have been nice to have an elevator if you had really heavy luggage.

Very pleasant stay (3 nights). Since I was visiting my family, the location worked perfectly for me and I didn’t use the facilities (restaurant, bowling), so can’t really rate these. It was warm in the room (November)!!! Dealbreaker for me. For the very first time during my visit in Cieszyn I wasn’t waking up shaking cold, unlike like in others two hotel nearby. This place will definitely be always my choice for the future visits in Cieszyn- no luxuries, but if you need a room in which you can get a comfy and warm night of sleep, highly recommended.

I wouldn’t mind shower gel being provided, not something I travel with. Had to go to the shop located 30 seconds walk away to get some.

Rooms were not sufficiently soundproof - easy to hear neighbors (in the middle of the night) and the bowling alley (two levels down), beds could be more comfortable

Working, non centrally controlled air conditioning with heating, good parking availability on site, super helpful staff emailed me with the answer to an earlier question, proper hot water at all hours.

Wifi was flaky in my room, you need to keep the window closed because the road is a little busy, there are no double beds, lighting a little sparse, easy to leave black cables behind on the floor.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a good size and the shower was perfect after a day's driving/walking. The food and drink in the restaurant was good. We enjoyed bowling which is located on the lower floor. There is also a pizzeria (for takeout) which we didn't use but we thought was a great idea. Ample parking and decent wifi.

Our first night wasn't the best as we slept in room 3 which has an adjoining room (room 5). Which is great if you are with friends/family and you want adjoining rooms. Not so great when your neighbours arrive at 3:00am and keep you awake for 2 hours while they talk loudly and listen to tv/music. However, we mentioned this to the staff the next day and they were happy to move us to another room for our 2nd night stay. Not really much else to say that we didn't like. We would stay here again.

Great location, 15min walk to the Cieszyn old town. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. There was a party downstairs in the restaurant but the music didn't bother us much as the hotel side is well soundproofed. The restaurant and garden especially looked inviting.

The showerhead fixing was loose so you couldn't lift it up high, luckily there was a fixed overhead /high shower too. Apart from that all was good.

Everything was great. The room is comfortable, warm and clean. It's a good place for rest in a business trip. Parking and playground is a plus.

The staff were excellent, customer service was proactive and friendly. It was a lovely clean room, and was exactly what we required. Beautiful town spanning the Czech/Polish border.

Very friendly staff! Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Nice little playground for kids. 15 minutes walk to the city center.

Other visitors in the room next to us were extremely loud. It was like they were remodeling the room the whole night, including heavy construction work and loud talks.
