The hotel is near the city centre & the beach, has spacious rooms and good breakfast. There is a small playroom and very nice staff. It is clean and mostly what you would expect.

In comparison with other Mercure hotels this is not that great. The Wrocław one is much nicer, has more plant options for breakfast, and doesn't charge for children's beds. It was annoying that I could not get a plant milk coffee until 11 (in other Mercure this is possible). It is good that there is a swimming pool but the water was freezing and the pool felt very old.

Room 1102 at 11th floor. Warm and spacious room with big bathroom and tub. Very good service at the front-desk, I asked to check-out later so I could attend the water-aerobics. I got time until 2pm. Nice breakfast, nice pool. Good national museum nearby.

Carpeted floor in room, some noice from construction (starts round 10am), sauna is only for men (not really but women don't go there, because men are there naked and have an attitude). Taxi's cannot drive in front of hotel.

A good hotel for a holiday with family and children. The friendly staff is pleasant. Clean comfortable rooms, sea view, we did not have a mini fridge in our room. Good pool and sauna. Tasty and varied breakfast, delicious coffee, gofry, there is everything and for every taste, the only thing I would like to add to the breakfast assortment is croissants and good tea. There are two entertainment rooms for children. In general, everything is good, if Gdynia is Hotel Mercury Center!

Firstly, the location is excellent. On one side is the promenade and on another is the shipping dock area. Secondly, the staff and facilities are fantastic! It was a friend's birthday and I made a last minute request for balloons and cake and though I had no expectations, they still managed to keep a balloon and pastries with a personal letter from the management. They even upgraded us to a sea view! Fabulous service. every staff member spoke kindly. My friend was in need of a break and we could not have asked for a nicer place.

Perhaps the only thing was the pool is for both hotel and outsiders and therefore not the kind where you take a bed and just chill by the pool. Its more for swimming and exercising. So not for me :)

The room was clean and very comfortable, the mattress was really comfy and the linen crisp and well laundered. Room in a quiet location, we slept very well. Ideally located for town and the beach. The breakfast we really enjoyed and had a wonderful choice of food and beverages.

the restaurant food in the evening was a little disappointing. I had the fish and this arrived only luke warm and the chips were the same. Could have been better. However the gentleman taking our orders was very friendly and helpful with our drinks choices.

location was excellent, rooms where very clean and the lifts where easy to use. the staff on the front where great and really helpful we would definitely stay there again. location was excellent so close to the beach and tourist things

The lady on the swimming desk - we couldn't use the swimming facility as she said it was full ( dint have good English ) but then when on to let people past to use the pool. would have been nice to go in once but didn't ruin our day

Using this hotel for many years for short or longer trips in Gdynia. Great location, beautiful views especially with premium or privilege room with sea view. Really great breakfast with many local food options and every day exploring possibilities. Always great services and people over there.

Hotel was in city center. Good and big parking. Room clean and cleaned each day. AC worked fine. Pool was fine, except sauna didnt worked.

Didnt like my own desision not to take room with sea side, because extra kid bed cost almost half price of difference these two rooms :) Next time ill choose expensive one.

Privilege room on a 10th floor was an excellent choice, definitely worth spending a little bit more. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Swimming pool is massive and a huge bonus. Great neighborhood! All in all definitelly worth recommending and visiting again.

I didnt like the pillows and should have asked for different ones. They are too firm and too thick and because of that I had some trouble sleeping.

The buffet breakfast was okay. The hotel could definitely afford buying an additional waffle machine and have more variety of foods (after a several day stay it becomes repetitive). The sea view rooms have a clear and lovely sea view.

The swimming is not the best. It functions more as a sports club for the city than a hotel pool. It’s not a recreational swimming pool, but one for lap swimming, people from the outside have access to it and it can be crowded. The elevators are too small for the high season. During breakfast rush time you have to wait several minutes to go up or down from your room. The bathtubs are super high and I would say even dangerous for older people.
