The staff was super attentive and professional. Adrian at the front desk worked to recover my phone that I left on the train and had it back to me within an hour! Thank you!! Food at the restaurant was excellent and really exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was also excellent.

I had difficulty lowering the temperature in my room but that may have just been user error.

The staff couldn't be more polite, kind helpful and professional. What an excellent way to be!!

Bathroom layout - the toilet right up to the shower cubicle - interior design flop tbh...

Clean, spacious room with big bathroom. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Close to the Old Town. Parking next to the hotel.

We've been to this hotel for the fifth time, and it's always been a pleasure staying here. Room was more luxurious this time than with previous stays Breakfast was as good as always

While the room was more luxurious, we had separate beds. That's only a minor complaint though.

Ibis style. Excellent breakfast. size of the room.

Tight parking. Smell of smoke in the room, despite non- smoking warning.

Fantastic hotel for families with kids with a well-equipped toy corner and other facilities. We stayed 2 nights with 3 small kids and one 2-month infant.
