Always friendly & welcoming staff. It’s real shame that the bar is part of the breakfast area,the hotel would benefit from having a seperate, modern bar that can compete with other local bars around the square.

Whilst it is not the hotel’s fault. I was woken by noisy guests at 1am and woken again just after 4am, the latter with a loud banging which went on for more than 15 minutes. It, sounded like someone was having violent over energized sex, but without the female enjoying it, just fast as furious in secure action. I would check nearby rooms.

The best hotel in Kalisz. I know what I’m talking cos I was stayed at most of them. located near to city park, equipped in classical luxury stile. breakfast is another one thing which must be mentioned here: a lot of food variants, includ fresh juice. very kind stuff, they are always ready to help. great place. thank you Komoda Club for my good accommodation 🙌🙏🤗

I already wrote two enthusiastic reviews of this hotel in the past so this one is somewhat redundant, although I was curious to see if the Covid pandemic affected their performance. I was pleased to see that the hotel maintained its high standard of service and comfort. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and the rooms are big, clean and comfortable. This is my favourite hotel in Kalisz.

The staff were really helpful. Happy and always happy to go the extra mile. Would definitely go back. The place is so close to so much to see. Food was really nice.

Fridge wasn't working. I reported it but nothing was done.

The room was much too cold. The tv was nit connected to internet . But they were very nice and helpful.

I like everything in this hotel, but would like to suggest that equipping the rooms with small fridge would enhance the quality of stay

The spacious rooms. Location in the city centre. Fabulous breakfast buffet you dream for!!! Equipment in the room. 24/7 reception. This place is just fantastic!

Very pleased staff and very helpful. Very lovely and clean place to stay in. Definitely well recommended.
