Beautiful bedrooms each having its own theme. High quality furnishings, with exquisite handmade wallpapers. Great thought has gone into the overall Victorian impression. it really is a boutique hotel. The food- breakfast were wonderfully displayed various meats and cheeses, salads , juices, breads. In addition there were changes each morning of fresh sweet pancakes. In the London restaurant, where we ate each night. The menus was in Polish and English. The food was of high quality. For the restaurant you can dine inside or on the sun terrace. Really nice garden and terrace with seating and sun beds. Excellent parking on site. Situation-of the hotel could not have been better, opposite a beautiful park area and central for the Spa town amenities. The owners spoke very good English. They were delightfully helpful, throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing - everything was so good.

Everything was exceptional. Nice hotel, quite room, comfy bed, excellent breakfast, great internet connection. The host was very pleasant and ready to help anytime. The thermals are only 100m walk to the park so the location is ideal. For sure we will return.

Super friendly service during check-in and in the restaurant during dinner as well. Ladek Zdroj is a lovely spot to visit, the property is close to the main attractions and to the park. And that is all unfortunately ....

Paid an astronomic amount for one night and the room (suite apparently) didn't meet our expectations. The decor was interesting but quite dull, dark, and random. It wasn't the luxurious decor we were expecting. It was a very cold room and temp. didn't improve much overnight. Generally it was cold everywhere in the hotel. One of the robes was just like the one you can buy in the supermarket and the robes smelled in a funny way. I wouldn't come back for this amount of money. In our opinion was worth only 1/4 of the price we paid. The restaurant is also super overpriced for the quality of the food.
