Undoubtedly, the hotel's location is a true gem, nestled right in the city center and conveniently situated near key transportation hubs, including the train station, bus stops, and taxi stands. The staff left a lasting impression with their exceptional professionalism and willingness to assist, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. Additionally, the bathroom was impressively well-equipped, offering modern amenities.

The room's soundproofing was disappointingly inadequate, allowing noises from neighboring rooms and the corridor to be clearly hearable. Even with windows tightly shut, street noise managed to seep into the room, affecting my overall sleep quality. The overly loud air conditioning system further compounded the noise issue. Regrettably, the absence of both ironing equipment and a safe in the room felt like a missed opportunity for added convenience and security. Additionally, the excessivecost of the on-site parking facility left me taken aback and seemed out of line with the overall value offered by the hotel.

Hotel has a central localisation. It's comfortable, breafast was fresh and tasty. Room was nice equipped, clean but a bit old and over used. Hotel has an extra-paid parking. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms are not at all sound- and smellproof. I was waken up in the middle of night because of noises from other room and awfull smell of cigarett. I called immidiately to recepction and they helped me with that, but it wasn't nice experience.

The room was nice quiet and clean. The location and there is a plentiful choice of products from which you should be able to have an enjoyable breakfast without problems. 

They tell you that you can ask for anything you may need. I asked for a dental kit and after they charge me 7 sloty for it after paying a fair amount for the room.

Excellent central location. Great staff.

Rooms are being updated and there are issues which the staff are waiting for the contractor to return to correct. Lovely new shower but more water ends up on the bathroom floor than in the shower. Seal problem with door. They provided additional daily towels to help.

Charming personnel, smiling and welcoming guests with great hospitality. A marvellous location, just a stone's throw from the main rail station. A short walking distance from the Old Town. An easy access to the nearby supermarkets. Spacious and very comfortable room. Everything was set up perfectly and smelled of some recent renovation works. High quality furnishings. Clean linen and towels. Very quiet room, and very bright already since an early morning.

A fridge was not present in the room, despite the description at Booking.com website saying otherwise. Terrible WiFi connection requiring guests to reconnect again after every couple of seconds. It was an absolute disaster. Fortunately I did not need Internet access that much during my trip.

This time view was not so great, so, was looking at the roof of next building :( My bed was too small for me

Breakfast was excellent quality and quantity, served from buffet tables in lovely airy peaceful restaurant with carpets, with comfortable chairs at good-sized tables. Waitress was friendly, unobtrusive and very efficient. No TV or loud music. No hassle at all. Reception staff spoke good English and were very helpful. The large reception area had plenty of comfortable chairs and tables.

Our bedroom was quiet when the windows were closed, but very noisy from road traffic when the windows were left open. Air conditioning was provided.

Location was excellent, easy walking distance to main train station and bus station, as well as downtown.

Room was rather small...

The room was spacey and clean, all amenities in perfect condition. Nice and quiet. Also great location.

There wasn't really anything I wouldn't like, maybe the parking space.

It was great , only problem I had I have a assistant dog and was asked to pay extra , but I enjoyed the stay
