The Breakfast has a variety of main dishes each day, and significant choice of side dishes and add-on's. For the week of stay it didn't repeat. Kids animation (from 18.00 till 20.00) is the next level of fun. Kids loved it a lot, they make a lots of home made stuff, each time is a new topic. The Hotel has it's own SPA complex which is very cozy. But during high hours it may be very crowded in the pool, so mind your visit and some time you can have the whole complex for your own :) The rooms are all have a mountains view due to the hotel location, so it's always beautiful outside. Hotel has a large parking lot with the available spots at any time of the day.

The stated double bed is actually two one beds mend with the foam rubber in between, so if you have considerable weight, like me :) you can end up in the middle of nowhere at the night. But if you are not cuddling type the one bed provided is comfortable enough.

Hotel is good, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna is beautiful. I recommend to all. Room is more comfortable.

I came to Zakopane, I called to reception and told that here its strong raining, I couldn't find a bus, if its possible you sent to me the hotel car or taxi i paid, she told me no we didn't have car or taxi. You need to find in the internet. I didn't eat pork, but in kitchen in the breakfast and in the lunch they only have pork. In breakfast i took an omelet but inside the omelet there were egg shells. I hope they read this and correct this in the future.

The hotel is on a top a hill, with superb views to the surrounding area, including the Tatra. The room and bathroom were spacious and cosy. The breakfast was great, with a lot of food options - including warm meal as well (fried eggs, bacon, waffle, etc.). The coffee was great for us as well. We tried the stuffed cabbage one eveneing in the restaurant, it was really good! The wellness area is great, having a pool, jacuzzi, infra sauna, steam sauna and a finnish sauna - however they are pretty small, could be an issue if the hotel is full. The garden is a really nice place to sit, enjoy the sun, and the morning coffee after the breakfast. Keeping in mind that this is not an elite hotel, the hotel has a really good price/quality ratio, and beside the negative points, we enjoyed our stay, and we would happily get back again.

The stuff couldn't speak english, hard to communicate this way. We wanted only one cleaning during our saty (5 nights), but as it happened, only one of 2 trashes has been emptied (however it was full), the tea and sugar haven't been refilled, the glasses and mugs haven't been cleaned neither. Our room was right next to the ventillator of the restaurant, so as we opened the window to let in some fresh air, we always got food smell instead. There was also some company meeting in the hotel, and we had a rough night because of the drunk and loud people.

Very cozy hotel. Tasty food. Staff is very friendly and professional, especially Ukrainian men at the restaurant. The location wasn’t excellent for us, as we were skiing ~35 minutes drive away, but managed it. Its depends what are you off for.

Warm rooms in the cold winter makes feel it so cozy. Beautiful view.

Insane value for money. Breakfast, pool, saunas and parking included. Absolutely delicious a la carte gastronomy. Modest, but clean rooms. Beautiful and peaceful mountain views. Family and baby friendly. Large pool.

Poor sound insulation between rooms. HVAC noisy at night. No restaurants/attractions within walking distance. No EV charging.

Great hotel in beautiful location. Staff extremally nice and helpful. Exceptional restaurant again with great service during breakfast fulfilling even special requests as well as in the evening when ordering from the cart. Great facility, with swimming pool and relaxation area.

Everything was great. They cook well, it's especially worth it to order from the menu. Clean place, amazing and calm scenery. Great value for money, everyone was friendly.

Only con is the internet connection. Wifi was very weak and mobile service didn't reach here.

The views were amazing. Live music at the restaurant was great. Prices are great, too. Shower amenities were great.

Wi-Fi is basically non-existent. It only worked after midnight when everyone went to sleep and stopped using it. Parking was somewhat difficult to find as well, but I got a spot because we checked in early in the day.

Really fabulous location, quiet and remote. I highly recommend the stay for families and couples looking for a feeling of gateway. Views from the spot are incredible in a good weather. Swimming pool, saunas and facilities in plus. I was missing only a gym, but look, you can’t have everything. Otherwise highly recommended. I’m going to miss the breakfasts too.

Saunas and room carpets need some refreshment, but it looks like it started already. All good otherwise.

Hotel is on the hill so you will have nice views from there in case of good weather. Nice nature and environment of Goral’s. Hotel has one basen, whirlpool - views on the mountains, and sauna. Hotel is also susceptible for families with childrens. They have there play room with animator. Hotel has bike rental. Breakfast were also very rich and variegated - eggs, bacon, hams, cereales, cheeses, fishes etc. I highly recommend this hotel.

Sometimes it was noisy on the corridors also air-condition which started in the middle of the night with pauses but intheend it was ok.
