I'm American and I don't speak Polish. The staff was friendly and they all spoke English very well and were helpful. The hotel was clean. The food and coffee were really good.

The lights next to my bed didn't work, while all the other lights did. The shower in my room had no door so a bunch of water splashed on to the ground. Again, I'm American, so there were some culture shock things. For example, you have to put your room card into a slot on the wall to supply electricity to the lights in your room (I think this is a good idea too, I just didn't expect it). Also, the bed was a single, which is small by my American standards. I can't even say these things are complaints, though. They're just different.

It is a very Modern Hotel with comfortable and nice Rooms. Monitored Hotel Parking is available behind the Hotel. The Restaurant served really really good Burgers. Cool was that they also have a vegetarian Menu. We must highlight our Server Carol. He did an awesome Job! Breakfast is also good. Overall great value for Money. Only Breakfast is a little bit expensive.

Quiet cozy room. Clean. Good staff and bar.

The air-conditioner was right over the bed and that was unbearable to sleep, even though I fixed the setting on the less corner of the air stream. So, I couldn't use the cooling system. To open the window also was not a good idea, because of the loud sound from the street. That was the worst experience. The rest of other was good.

The hotel met all expectations: comfort, cleanliness, internet was great (I had a couple of on-line meetings and the connection was great), and the staff were very good, efficient and kind. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Industrial design. Friendly stuff. Ac. Big big window. Super city center location.

Poor shower cabin design. Water splashing into bathroom floor. Without sacrifice of some towels it would be too annoying.

The hotel was very modern and clean. The staff were very helpful.. the food in the restaurant was very good. There was enough choice at breakfast to please everyone.

We stayed for a week to attend a family wedding. The wardrobe wasn't very big and there were no drawers to put our clothes which meant we were living out of our suitcases which was not very good. The hotel seems to cater only for people on a shortt business trip and perhaps this is all that is needed as Pila is not a holiday destination.

Easy accesible Parking when you arrive, quick check in, spacious rooms, perfect WIFI, clean and equiped bathroom, sockets everywhere and a perfect bed. The breakfast was amazing and check out even faster as the check in.

Good location, close to VIVO center. It has very kind staff, very clean rooms, great coffee in the restaurant, strong wifi, parking in front. The room cleaning is daily. Above all, people who work there address customers with a smile, and this is the greatest value. Great job!

Gym could be improved in terms of size and equipment.

Very comfortable hotel. Room spacious and clean. Bathroom very good, lovely shower. Sauna good.

Evening meal, new menu, had little options for non meat eater. Gym could have been better. It was in a tiny room and most of the equipment had snapped cables and generally not working.

Arche is a rather new hotel in Pila. Friendly staff, nince roms and a very welcome change in town.

When arriving late parking may become a bit of a challenge, but I had no problem.
