Breakfasts and dinners were excellent! Communication with reception before arrival was perfect. The kids really liked the pool. The sea promenade is very close. We would love to come again next year!

At night there was noise, perhaps the pool's filtration? The parking lot in Krotka street is not very comfortable in the rain (paving is missing). And - by the way - all those same (and not particularly good) black and white photos on the walls (in the reception, in the corridors and in the room). Give a chance for example to a skilled student of photography or come up with a different decoration!

This clean and new apartment is located very close to the seaside in the quiet and peaceful part of the village. Small size of apartment is fully compensated by wise arrangement of the furniture, which is new, of good quality, cozy and comfortable. We had everything we needed - dishwasher, coffeemaker, dishes, tv with Netflix and fast internet. Every detail is thoroughly thought out, making you fee like at home. Lady at the reception was very kind, helpful and friendly. Everything was arranged well, so we didn’t have any particular questions, but it was still nice to chat with her.

the allocation was brilliant, 2 min walk from the main promenade and beach! the Hotel had It’s own built in pool area (even a separate splash pool for smaller kids/babies) the Staff is super friendly !

there really wasn’t anything to complain about! but maybe as there is no overn it would be nice to have a toaster in the apartment!

Nothing

Everything was pretty much as expected / promised. Tidy, clean, well presented, decent facilities. Everything just worked. Sea View was maybe pushing it, but we could see the sea so can’t complain. Location is perfect. Literally a few steps to seafront and beach. Car parking a bit Meh, but who cares. Breakfast was delivered promptly each day. It varied a bit. There was loads to eat, for 4 people staying 3 nights we had enough for 7 days breakfast for all of us. Which was handy as next place we stayed didn’t include breakfast.

Geometry of the apartment was a bit bizarre. Some sliding doors, instead of opening onto the hallway, would be safer.

The apartment was a reasonable size for 2 people. The hotel location was quiet, and the beach and shopping street were within walking distance (5 mins). The breakfast buffet was sufficient, and had some variety from day to day. Free parking available.

No cleaning service - no change of bedding or towels for 10 days. We had to ask the staff to get new towels. Hotel doesn't really cater for non-Polish speaking guests. Staff were unable to speak English or German, which made communication very difficult. We had to use our phone translator app when we needed any assistance from staff. The reception was closed most of the time, spoken communication was likewise difficult. Almost all hotel signs were only in Polish, and there was no written information folder. Breakfast was varied but primarily heavy fare - eg. lots of meat, fried foods etc.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with a 8 squared bedroom upstairs. Nice garden and close to the beach. Since it was off season, all restaurants, bars and shops were closed.

The microwave was broken and I didn’t get contact with the landlord.

Everyday different and nice local dinner and breakfast options were there. Location was good.

We had booked 2 apartments and were traveling with kids. Despite knowing that they placed us one on ground floor and one on 4th floor with no lift. So the kids couldn’t sleep together. There was no changing and shower place by the pool. We had to rush to the 4th floor wet and cold to change. The shower doors would not lock properly in both the apartments making the whole bathroom floor wet. The pool was supposed to be 29C which was not the case. The dinner buffet time was weird as in 3-4:30pm that is literally no dinner time in any culture. It should have been a bit later. Although the staff was helpful and polite, they spoke no other language than polish and only way to communicate was through smart phone. They had only one male masseuse which was also weird.
