Great facility, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Convenient location with easy parking. Staff was great, very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Good selection of food for breakfast. I left my EarPods in the room. Massive thank you to the staff who found them and organised postage to UK. Would definitely stay again.

We had the "apartment" which mean 3 connected rooms, master bedroom, room with sofa bed and a room with 2 single beds. Very comfortable, lots of space, very clean, great water pressure. There's a bath in the master bedroom and a walking shower in the 2 single bedroom room. The staff was super friendly and it was a very good value for money. The spa was excellent.

The night shift lady was not welcoming at all. I guess the color of my skin was an annoyance to her. She was rude and showed poor customer service skills. I asked for 2 wine glasses, and she snapped. Our bar is closed! I reiterate that I only need 2 empty glasses. I came back down to get an opener. She came from a dark closet with her phone to her ear with the expression like what do you want? I said politely a bottle opener. She gave it to me and said I had to open my bottle right there while still on her phone. I did and left like wow! She needs retraining or to be fired!

Everything about the property, members of staff & their attitude towards customers. Very clean on entry & room was pristine. We were always greeted with smiles, warmth & the customer service they displayed were faultless.

I liked the style of the interiors, very modern and neat. The rooms were quiet and organized. The Spa areas were super clean and spacious, and it offered good services.

The fridge in the room was missing. The restaurant of the hotel could extend the menu with more local/traditional dishes.

The hotel has a great value for the price paid. The structure is new and modern with very nice and comfortable rooms. Clean and new. Very suitable for business travelers. It has a big free private parking. Nice breakfast in a very nice location.

Liked the idea of three different rooms served as one family room. Well organized and comfortable to use.

Had to leave early and didn’t had a chance to see SPA part.

Nice clean hotel with a decent breakfast. The coffee was very good! Staff was friendly and nice. If I need to stay in that city I'd certainly choose this place again.

Hotel&SPA Hetman is a nice weekend break from Warszawa or the best place to stay if you need to do business in Siedlce. The spa was very nice, the breakfast was good, and it was great to rent and ride bikes at the adjacent lake.

Everything was pretty good—I might recommend having set times for people to use the spa instead of several people using it at once.
