Very attentive and helpful staff who spoke perfect English. Nice decor both inside and out, with a good bar/restaurant and health spa area including a pool. My room was clean and tidy with effective air conditioning and a nice balcony to relax on. The room was also quiet and I slept well on all 4 nights of my stay. The reception staff were happy to arrange packed breakfasts for when we needed to make an early morning start.

Not much really. A very minor point that didn't really affect me, a curtain was missing from one side of the door to the balcony.

The restaurant is very good. The dishes are well designed and prepared, a nice surprise to see such an elaborate and nice restaurant. The service is also great

All the Sauna experiences, the Seanse saunowe were a good experience. The staff is very helpful and kind, from reception to Sauna area, all of them, big thanks. The room was good size for 4 people, beds are comfortable, clean. The breakfast had many options, sweet, salty, cakes, fruits, many variations and all was fresh. In the Sauna area, Patrick asked to people to follow the rules, thanks Patryck for that, you make the experience more pleasant. Thanks Katarzyna from reception too. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the other person there. I definitely would back there.

After sauna, some guests went directly to the swimming pool without showering, some of them even kept the towel inside the swimming pool. We were told by the staff no to do it, but a few guests do not follow the instructions.

Absolutely great staff, service, spa , etc Many things which become real if the Customer is at the centre Example? They do t claim that they have EV charging point but they found the socket to help me to charge almost empty battery And they are doing it with the smile

Decent hotel with comfy beds. Not much else to say. No fireworks but solid.

The excellence of the stay - Ms Patrycja Zasada at the reception has been one of the best Front Office staff I have ever experienced since I have been regularly travelling around the world and working in the hospitality industry for years. I wish each hotel had such a dedicated member of the staff. The hotel, sauna sessions nd quality of the service are absoutely outstanding.

Clean and spacious room with everything you need. Pool was great for our little one. Lovely breakfast with good choice of food. Great location.

The only minus was breakfast charge for a 6 year old same as adult.

Location is very good. Very nice breakfast, great selection, plenty of choices. Hotel has very nice restaurant with professional staff, quality food.

Over priced, needs updates especially for that portion of the building where are room was located.
