We stayed for one night on our trip from Krakow to Zakopane. At the beginning we were provided with a twin bed room although we booked for a double bed room. This was solved swiftly and the room was changed by the friendly staff. The hotel located in an isolated place and very quiet. The room and the place felt very cozy and we loved it. We had dinner at the hotel and, surprisingly I must say, the food was excellent and very delicious.

The curtains in the room were just decorative and very small and there was no way to cover the windows to prevent looking into the room (we were on a low floor) and couldn't block the sun light in the morning.

Lovely hotel in a rural setting. Looks like a palace from the outside and is pretty impressive inside as well. We arrived late and were hungry and were pleased to hear they were still serving dinner as we weren't sure about finding anywhere in the vicinity to eat. So glad we did, the food was superb, a real treat. Breakfast was good the next day and it was an all round excellent stay.

good location, 8 mins drive to the center of the town, quite, beautiful garden surrounding. room was elegant and big enough for staying, enough clean and well designed

although the room was clean, but some equipment will need to be replaced. the toilet seat in my room was a little bit worn. nothing else enough to be complain about

Hotel in a beautiful nicely restored stately home. Very comfortable 2nd floor room (accessible by a lift). The best choice made was a dinner the hotel's excellent restaurant. Quality breakfast.

Overall view spoilt a little by a nearby 1960's housing blocks, but this is by no means a fault of this establishment!

trevelling from Croatia to eastern Poland we needed a place to sleep. Location was convinient for this trip. Staff was pleasant, quality of dishes in restaurant for dinner was really good. Enough parking places, good internet, comfy bed.

more power plug sockets close to the bed to charge phones etc. would be great

Plus - parking on site,spotless clean,high quality interieur minus,quiet in night, location in park,good breakfast Minus - access to wifi just conditionally with opening own social networks, at 20:30 I had to plea to get still something in restaurant as they wanted to close ahead of schedule, completely iced and slippery parking area without servicing it with sand etc and when adressing the reception - "we know it!"?!?!?

Barbara at the front desk was an excellent host, very friendly and accommodating!

I liked everything! Though the grounds have so much potential to be a great walking/relaxation area.

Nice and quiet location with a small park surrounding the hotel. Stylish and charming building, recently renovated. Well appointed, oversized rooms with all the usual amenities. Excellent restaurant - definitely a highlight.

No shelf near the sink nor in the shower, very soft bed.
