Booking a Studio for staying with a toddler was a perfect choice as it had a separate sitting room and a bedroom, so lots of space for all the family. Unlimited access to swimming pools and Aquapark was the main reason we selected this hotel. Breakfasts were highly diverse and nourishing! Awesome mountain view. Kids zone available.

Some soundproofing improvements would be useful for sensitive sleepers. The interior and furniture require renovation.

Amazing buffet meals and fabulous service in the kitchen! (It forced me to reconsider my opinion about Polish cuisine!) Nice Skywalk and quite a chip (compared with the similar Skywalks in the Czech Republic) A lot of opportunities to walk and check out nice suedette architecture in most of the buildings in the center of Świeradów-Zdrój Small but very nice aquapark

Men's showers before entering the pool have almost no pressure. It's just a minor problem, but just one elevator seems to be shared with all hotel guests. At the time of check out when everyone is trying to reach reception was mission impossible to use it for transport with a baby carriage from the 2nd floor to the reception.

- A bit rundown facilities and furniture. The hotel seems like it used to be very luxorious but better years are behind it. - The breakfast did not offer a lot of variety, I imagine that somebody not used to polish cousine might be disappointed. - Aquapark, although nice, was very dark which diminished the pleasantness.

Good location to explore surroundigs and Sky walk. Integrated not big but not small either waterpark. Good beds, good breakfast. Bring a headlamp (i had) should you wish to walk from hotel to the center when it is dark - not all streets have the lights.

Maybe it was specific day (23 of october 2022), but if i understood correctly - the hotel restaurant closed already at 19:30. It seems, that restaurants in other nearby hotels were also closed already at 20:00 so we had to search for suitable karczma for dinner. So if you want to have dinner then plan accordingly.

They should be more helpfull in case of exeptional situation for example when visitors are going to go out to a trip with tourist office, I mean possibility to have a breakfast a litle earler then usuall. I had wrote to head chief same complaint at that subject but I haven't had answer.

Aquacentrum it's perfect for kids. Good value for the price. Good breakfast.

Receptionist wasn't too welcoming. Rooms are outdated and need desperately renovation.

A good hotel to stay in any season. Beautiful surroundings. In bad weather, it is possible to visit the SPA and swimming pools. Very good and varied breakfast.

Not so modern interior and not so comfortable opening hours of aquapark, cant swim before the breakfast because it opens at 10 am and sauna works from 3 pm

Swimming pool and sauna, breakfast was amazing, lots of food, choices for everyone, vegan, gluten-free, lactose intolerant, etc.
