Knowing that, to make my second visit there, after a two year break, I could count on excellent service and an ideal location from which to explore the Town and Seafront meant so much to me. Not forgetting the 'all you can eat' breakfast meaning...I'll be back soon as possible. Thankyou

That's hard to say. Showers and facilities were perfect. Perhaps, if some rooms had their own en-suite facilities that would be good but then the booking would be more expensive but for some clients an attractive proposition.

The hotel is a modern conversion in an old building, in the centre of town, so pleasantly atmospheric. There were still some building projects in progress, eg a new lift was being installed (Spring 2024). The room was good, clean and well appointed, the bathroom was fine. Breakfast was buffet style and excellent.

Finding the place was a little challenge, the entrance was from a back road that was not so clear from Google maps!

Good location, close to the train station but not far from the beach. Good choice of products for breakfast. Nice decorations everywere in the hotel. One lady from the staff allowed us to store our luggages in the storage room even before time indicated on the page. Generally all staff very friendly and helpful. Nice kitchen and well organized.

Terrible mattress in the bed, I felt the springs and needed to look for a good position without spring pressing into my body. Lack of ascensor was not a big issue for me and it is stated in the desription but people having problems with stairs should take it into account.

Selection of dishes, hot and cold food made breakfast an amazing not to be missed experience. Comfortable bed and spacious bedroom....well, for a single guest. Bathroom with shower facility simply brilliant. Always looking, like the rest of the place 'super clean' and well maintained. Gets my vote and frankly a place I would encourage anyone to book. Its hard to see or say what could be improved. Let's call it a well oiled machine. I was reluctant at first to book as it isn't cheap in my view. However, when it's high season I guess you have to take it on the chin!!

The service was nice. The Employee at the desk was very friendly and knew everything.

You could install airconditioners in the rooms where the bed is. It gets pretty hot in the summer months. I was before summer months and could already feel the heat a bit. Otherwise everything else was totally good.

Good value for money. Nice and clean. Very friendly staff. Pets allowed and parking at the hotel.

A bit “noisy” From the Rom next door, and people not being considerate and keeping Theis VoiceRecorder Down afte 10 om as States by the Stewart Hostel. Parking a little bit expensive compared to the rest of the town - but very Nice with surveilence.

Very comfortable rooms. Cosy bed. The breakfast can be paid for on the spot with cash and has a pretty good variety. We also liked the complimentary teatime snacks in their restaurant

There is no lift. It would be much more comfortable and accessible if they had a lift because even the restaurant needed stairs to climb down.

The modern and clean room as well as the location

The lack of a lift, and the fact the breakfast was only till 10. Regarding breakfast, it would be nice if they would also take people with gluten intolerance into consideration. 2 mirrors in the bathroom are nice, but one in the room would be useful too :-D

Staff was really nice, the location was perfect for us, beds were comfortable, breakfast was even a bit too much))) Though we had a shared bathroom, everything was clean, and there were 4 -5 showers, so we didn't have to wait for it We are satisfied with our stay

furtniture was a bit old, and our neighbours were noisy listening to their Tv at night, but we didn't know what to do with that( maybe it's a question to Booking, but to some reason we couldn't send messeges to the hotel here( Also, it was said that we can pay in the very hotel, which was good for us, but they actually decided to take money from the card, which caused some problems for us, so I think you shouldn't say that the payment is on the arrival at the hotel in such case)

The room in general was light and comfy. The stuff was helpful. The location was good, close to the Ferry Crossing Warszów-Świnoujście, which is free for everyone.

No elevator or single rooms on the ground floor. It was hard to carry my luggage to the 2nd floor, but Ukrainian lady, who works there helped me.
