Almost everything was perfect. Personal was very friendly and helpful. It was possible to leave luggage at the recpetion before check in and we could already start exploring Ustron. We were at 4* part of the hotel and room was big and modern. There are many attractions included in the price, for example swimming pool, sauna, playground, palyroom for children and also animation for children. Breakfast was very good with a big choice of food and drinks. Everyone could find something. Hotel is located approximatelly 20 minutes on foot from railway station and town center and 10-15 minutes on foor from Park Lesnych Niespodzianek. I really recommend it for families with children.

Some of the towels were damaged (with big holes), which contrasted with the standard of hotel and its other service. Tea cupes and spoons were not washed/changed during whole stay, what I expected to be included in the room service (especially in the 4* Hotel).

Staff were amazing. Great location. Lovely food. Would be 10 out of 10. But a few issues with the room due to the age. But nothing to cause a concern would book again in a heart beat.

Size of the swimming pool, fitness room facilities, cleanliness.

Toiletries provided could have been better (i.e. shower gel, did not necessarily have to be individually packed, but a high-quality (well known brand) of shower gel dispenser would have been appreciated. Value for money could have been better. Size (quite small and crammed in) and view from our room could have been better (parking lot)

If you are looking for a stay with your family, this hotel will be great. There is outside playground, indoor playhouse, some small climbing facilities for kids, kids pool, animation, even playstation. For adults, spa, gym, sauna and even conference center. Great selection at breakfast. Parking is comfortable. please note that the hotel has 3 stars and 4 stars rooms depending on your budget. The 4 star room was comfortable. I cant judge the dinners as we only had breakfast.

I believe it was quite pricey for the standard, compering to similar locations in different countries. The room was decent and large enough, but small details weren't taken care of, like: - door to the bedroom wasn't closing well - flimsy small mirror, was just matter of screwing it better - although kids room with lots of toys, there were many broken/ uncomplete

Pillows are very large. Noone is watching the children in the kids room. Parking inadequate for the price.

It was fine but nothing special

Paying for parking. In such place I would expect to have a free parking. Playing corner for the kids located almost at the reception/lobby area. Staff at the reception wasn’t speaking in English. Bar opened to 10pm in place like that where there is nothing around. Facilities were old.
