We really enjoyed the authenticity of the Karczma. The area itself is very calm - even though it's close to the main highway, you cannot hear the noise from the traffic. The restaurant serves huge portions of delicious local cuisine at a decent price. The owners (?) also have a super cute dog who comes to greet each guest! Overall, a good choice to stop for a night when traveling.

The house is wooden, so you can hear neighbours' sounds, also, the room would be shaking when someone walks behind the wall. The mattress was a bit too soft to my liking, but it's a personal preference.

An absolutely beautiful countryside property in folk Polish style, with a nice breakfast, pleasant staff, and kilometers of farmland surrounding for peace and quiet, plus good wifi if needed. The town of Łomża is only a 15 minute drive north, with beautiful streets and shops. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants around. Highly recommended! (Bonus points if you get to meet Sonia the dog.)

Restaurant with local food was good. Did not have chance to explore the area of the hotel (as it was already dark) but looks like there is also some garden and outside sitting areas available.

Was a bit cold in my room and there was some smell once we came in (it was origination from water drains in the shower room) and after we flushed some water through - the smell has disappeared.

Have stayed here for several times already. As usual: friendly and helpful staff, good and quiet location, cozy interiors, convenient for car travellers.

If you arrive late or during holidays, there are a few chances to have a dinner/breakfast in the restaurant. The breakfast is usually very good at this place, but on holiday morning (understandably) the restaurant was not working too, so we missed the breakfast this time.

Pleasant room with a comfortable bed and well-kept area. Everything is simple and clean, nice interior. Great breakfast and nice hosts. Close to the highway, but almost inaudible, convenient access to the guest house and spacious parking. We arrived late, but they met us, showed us to our room and showed us everything. Great value for this money.

Location was good and very close to the "Via Baltica" highway. Very quiet, rural and relaxing atmosphere around. Upon arrival and at departure, the reception service was very very fast and easy, no language barriers.

The connection to "Via Baltica" highway was a bit complicated due to reparation works at the local roads (we understand that this is a temporary problem). We excluded the breakfast as it was relatively expensive.

Great overall experience, reception was great, check in quick and efficient, nice, cozy room, very convenient location and parking, very quite, had great sleep.

Left early and reception was closed, did not know what to do with the keys, so just left them in door of the room.

Good food at a good price. While we settled into our rooms the staff prepared a dinner in 20 min. The hotel is located in quiet countryside outside the city Lomža. We were happy for such a nice welcome.

good location when driving on via Baltics, simple overnight stay was everything we needed. Breakfast was even too much for my taste.

2nd floor doesn't feel very stable and we heard all the steps in the corridor. Luckily there were not too many people walking around.

Rooms are clean, spacious and the beds are pretty confortable. The environment is super calm and the property is beautiful with a lot of charm. It's a perfect place to stay overnight. I definitely recommand this place !
