The hotel, staff and surroundings were great! Breakfast was lovely too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. It was very clean and the staff would do anything to help- we borrowed a plug/adapter and they brought us extra quilts and pillows when we asked.

It would be great to have glasses in the room so we could use them to drink from. The quilts are quite small for the beds (although the staff brought us extras when we asked).

For it being a 2 star hotel it was amazing, very clean, reception staff always nice and ready to help. Free 24hr water available ( can be taken to your room). Honestly nothing bad to say about this hotel. Will definitely stay again if I’m in town.

Only thing I would say would be nice to have is a mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities in the room but I believe that comes with more stars. For the 2 stars the hotel has it was great.

The hotel looks very new and modern, the rooms are very clean, comfortable and take perfect opportunity of the space available. The bathroom is very spacious. The lobby area is very nice also if you work remotely and the relax area has games and xbox. The free refillable water was also a nice extra. The dinner was also quite nice. This was a perfect hotel for the reason we needed it.

Parking is not included in the total price. Identification card/personal card information is not possible to show online via official Czech goverment portal (e-ID card). Trouble may occurr because plastic cards I don't take with myself.

Great location, 10 minutes away from the city centre. The room and the rest of the hotel is very clean and the staff really friendly! Plenty of choice at breakfast and really nice coffee!

There was only 1 mug in the room for the two of us.

Clean, modern, friendly staff. Nice room, nice, spacious bathroom Coming from Ireland (and Irish prices) this was really excellent value for money. Felt a cut above a typical budget hotel.

Everything was great. The rooms had everything we needed and they were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very nice and the staff couldn’t do enough for us.

Air conditioning would have bern nice as the sun was on our side of the building and it was very hot in the morning

The room has everything you need. Clean and nice. The reception is friendly. Parking is on the hotel grounds.

When parking near a fence, pay attention to the elevation so as not to blacken the bumper.

Very nice hotel in Zory. Rooms have what you need for a short stay in his area. I appreciate that the staff agreed to give us a room at the quiet side of the hotel, that is not facing the main road - it was a great help. The breakfast is really good and has everything that you need for a good start of the day. Recommended.

The service has been great!!! For people with disability they were super helpful and always helping! From carrying luggage to grabbing breakfast. Amazing service!

Disability room was at the end of the hallway, which was a long walk.
