Breakfast was good. Room great size and very clean. Bed very comfortable and great pillows. Staff was GREAT !

There was no enough luggage carts at the front door. We waited for 30 minutes for one and the staff still could not locate one despite their major efforts of running up and down the halls for us ! - Great Staff ! Some guest must have been hording them in their rooms ! This was a particular problem for us as we are elderly and really need the help of a cart. In addition, my suitcase was broken by the flight and would not wheel properly and we cannot carry because of medical issues. You need to have more carts available please !

Family-friendly hotel, pet-friendly and new. Impeccable and clean facilities. Comfortable rooms with enough towels and only one soap (5 people).. You also have to pay a $50 deposit upon entering which they return upon leaving if there is no news. The parking lot is large. At the hospitality level it is excellent, they have small details like putting your name on the television screen to welcome you and text messages putting themselves at your service for any need. Recommended

Breakfast is a hot buffet, but it was not very varied and everything ended quickly because they did not put enough for the number of guests, that was very uncomfortable, in fact on our second day we could not eat anything, because there was only cereal and waffles available (with an endless line) we had to wait 20 minutes for the rest

Rooms are modern and spacious. It is in a good location if you are attending anything near champions gate. Mobile check in is a great feature. Staff reaches out to you by text during your stay to make sure it is going well.

The pillows could be a bit more firm and some flexibility with house keeping would go along way. Ours was the first room of the day and we asked if they could come back later after we had left they said they were working a short day that day and couldn't. Not sure if they were short staffed.

We got to Florida really early. Called to ask if we can do an early check in, from the start the receptionist was Excellent. Her phone etiquette was pure excellence. She said we can wait in tbe lobby until our room was ready and she was even able to get us checked in earlier than said. We needed a couple things for the room. She was very helpful. Breakfast was great. Alot of options and the coffee WOW, delicious. The woman who was doing the breakfast was also very helpful and just pleasant. Keep them both. The location was great. Next to shopping area and restaurants.

The breakfast was hot, well supplied and tasted good. The coffee was hot and had a decent amount of sugar or creamer on hand. The entire area was clean and well policed by the staff. The room was very large and spotless. I can only wish that every stay no matter where could be the same. I will put this hotel in mind when going to the Orlando/Davenport area.

Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Lots of choices including quality protein. The oatmeal with tons of topping choices was my favorite. My daughter loved the waffles. Thought housekeeping every other day was a perfect fit. Bed & pillows were extremely comfortable.

Easy to find. Close to where I needed to be. Staff friendly

The breakfast bar was dreadful and too many uncontrolled children. Maybe you should consider reconfiguring it so it is not so busy.No tissues in my bathroom

Staff was amazing. The hotel was beautiful. Everything is clean.

The price was almost as high as the much more expensive hotel that we opted out of. We saved a little I was hoping we could've saved a little more.

This is our second time visiting this hotel and it was the same as last time. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely polite and alway helpful and if in Florida again we will definitely be staying here.

Friendly staff. Easy access from Expressway. Good room sizes and clean.

Pool area is stark, had a gas smell and exhaust from the laundry facilities vent out where the chaise lounges are. Not a big deal, as at least it has a pool and gas grills available.
