It’s an easy short free trip via shuttle (navette) to the hotel from outside the airport - just follow signs for BUS and go to D1. You get off when the bus stops and the hotel is very close. The check in was very efficient and welcoming. The room was clean and the decor calming. The restaurant provided us with a fantastic steak, chips and salad meal and the gin and tonic had plenty of ice. The facilities in the room were good- a bathtub for my mum who was fed up of showering every night on holiday. The TV in the room is fabulous - huge and clear. The toilets in the main lobby area are exceptionally clean. The breakfast is completely self service with a huge choice. Perfect location for Paris. What stood out for us was the peace and calm of this hotel. No music. Just calm decor and space, inside and outside. It seems well equipped for children too.

The air conditioning didn’t work - the window was open when we reached the room so we didn’t know to close it for the AC. Consequently a very hot night. The restaurant was very sunny - making dining a little uncomfortable but we asked to move and all was good after that. Tips: Get there early for breakfast to have the full choice. Shut your room window for the air conditioning to work.

Super nicely decorated very large reception and restaurant/breakfast open space, very large patio outside, very large open space with games (table football, ...) and relaxing seatings inside. Overall a very spacious shared area with great summery vibes. The rooms were very nice and clean and spacious. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The fact that table football and games were free! The food was of good quality.

Transfer to and from airport by free shuttle bus. We booked this hotel - for both the night before we went on our journey across France and the night before we flew back home. Our son’s flight was in the afternoon and we did not realise that the shuttle bus does not operate in the afternoons, so he had to spent over £10 on a taxi. Please make it very clear when booking this hotel, that the shuttle operates at limited times during the day.

The location of the hotel suits me very well for my business purposes. A tram stop and a RER station nearby are convenient. This time, I used the hotel shuttle to go to the airport, which was very fast and comfortable. Even though the hotel is located close to the airport, the room was quiet and I could not hear any planes during the night. The room service was good, the room was clean and comfortable.

This time, I was not very happy with the service in the restaurant. At a dinner, we had to remind three times that we ordered water. At breakfast, it was difficult to find a clean and set table, most of them were dirty. I had a better experience during my previous stay.

Easy access to / from the airport by shuttle bus. Spacious, trendy hotel with lots of comfortable sitting , indoor and outdoor bar, good restaurant on site with friendly staff. Comfortable bed, nice toiletries , bottled water in the room, with tea and coffee . Would use again if flying out from Orly airport

Were put in a disability room which wasn’t a problem except the wet room bathroom had an extremely slippy tiled floor - ok for a wheelchair but not for bare feet . Only one square pillow per person on the bed, spare ones in the wardrobe but no covers on them - so need real support if sitting in bed. No milk in the room for tea and quite an effort to get it supplied

Easy transport links from the airport if the navette has stopped (check Times of operating). Staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious and very comfortable. The bed and quilt were like sleeping in the clouds , amazing ! Water fountain available in the communal area, which was very chic and modern. The breakfast was very varied and you have the choice of 2 formulas, very interesting. Hôtel uses sustainable products too. Excellent stay !

the airport shuttles were too small for the number of people who wanted to go to the airport (at 8am) which meant a bunch of people who wanted to use the offered shuttle couldn’t get on. luckily there’s a tram which is east to use to get to the airport as well, but it made things a little more stressful than they needed to be. having a staff member organise loading on the shuttle would also have improved things since people piled on and stood at the door of the bus with their suitcases leaving the back empty, and nobody encouraged them to move down. don’t want to dismiss the overall good quality of the hotel, but wanted to give some constructive feedback

The room, soy milk available for breakfast, breakfast starting really early, free mineral water, fitness centre, cleanliness, vibe of the place and interior design. Staff friendly but a little stressed at times.

Menu for dinner is very limited and not super healthy, it's always tough to get a table which is really annoying, staff a the restaurant feel constantly overwhelmed and understaffed and it shows in the service level.

We had to book a room at the last moment near Orly airport due to an fiasco with the airline (Air Caribes/French Bee - we believe we were scammed; we hope not, though, and they make it right). Mercure came through in all aspects, from location (0.8 miles from Orly), reasonably priced, GREAT (and clean!) room, onsite bar and restaurant, and WELL-stocked complimentary breakfast buffet (!!!). Very kid friendly (we didn't have kids but other guests did).

"Attitude" of some of the staff. I am African American and felt they could have been a tad bit more "customer-service" oriented (I felt like a couple of them literally resented my presence/having to provide service for me). If they don't like their job or "who" they might have to provide service for, they should consider getting an education and a better job.

This property is a short tram ride from the airport and easy to get to with luggage. It’s a clean, modern hotel that is well designed. Nice staff and a good restaurant. Lots of flight crew and National security staff stay here - it’s probably the safest hotel in France! Very comfortable bed and good amenities in the room - Nespresso machine, shampoo + gel, hair dryer, etc. Excellent breakfast!
