The hospitality is top notch

The bed was quite firm even after toppers I still woke up quite sore never had this happen at any hotel before.

Very professional staff. World class hospitality, extremely clean room. Special kudos to Subhashree for going extra mile in taking care of me during the entire visit. I will surely visit The Leela anytime I’m in Bangalore again.

Nothing, everything was just amazing

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Leela Bhartiya City in Bangalore, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The washroom was equally impressive – large, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The ambiance of both the pool and the restaurant is excellent, providing a relaxing and elegant atmosphere to unwind. A special mention to Sahana, who was extremely cooperative and attentive throughout the stay. Her warm hospitality truly stood out and added a personal touch to the experience. Overall, it was a very good stay and I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and great service in Bangalore

Breakfast was good, especially aujusya menu. Also got fresh coconut water which was great!

Feel is not equal to leela chennai where we have stayed couple of time before. Restaurant staff is not as courteous or refined as leela chennai. Eg not letting customer cross first is one example. Restaurant is too busy at breakfast and one is not able to relax as tables are too close. I got locked out at the gate to the mall. Please put a sign here informing guests the time of locking the gate so we can return to hotel before the gate gets locked. Somehow this property is more business like hotel than the guest is God feeling at leela chennai. Please learn from them.

The hotel is very contemporary, yet has a warmth to it. The staff are very sincere and well meaning. The mall alongside is extremely convenient. The food quality and variety (especially over breakfast) is very good with many choices. What does stand out for the property however, is the warm hospitality and its friendly staff.

The additional services can be far more responsive - in terms of speed and attentiveness. This includes the laundry and housekeeping services. While they are very good at what they do, their response times are much longer than we would have desired.

The service by the staff was exceptional and they were very warm and made us feel at home right from the time we entered .Suhasi was our guest executive and Manohar who is the restaurant manager made us feel comfortable in every possible way .Naveen,Suraj and Akhilesh the restaurant staff and Priya from the kitchen staff were warm and helpful too .Overall a superb experience as I was celebrating my birthday with my family.The Lotus Restaurant is a must visit for Asian and Falak for Indian food. I would definitely look forward to going back soon .

The breakfast buffet could have been better in terms of more Asian options .

This was our fifth time staying at The Leela Bhartiya City, Bangalore, and once again, it was nothing short of exceptional. What truly makes this place stand out is the incredible staff. Sahana, in particular, went out of her way to make our stay extra special, her attention to detail, warmth, and willingness to help with anything we needed was deeply appreciated. The rest of the team was equally wonderful, always ready with a smile and eager to assist, making us feel completely at home. The luxury and comfort of the stay were impeccable, as always, from the beautifully maintained rooms to the serene ambiance throughout the property. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner spreads; every meal was a treat with a wide variety of delicious options and impeccable service. Each visit here leaves us with amazing memories, and this one was no different. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Wow where do I begin! The best, most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at, and maybe will ever stay at in my entire life. "7-star" service and food, very friendly and professional staff throughout, and the food was the best I've had in my entire life period, both in the restaurant downstairs, and in "Falak" on the 17th floor, overlooking the City. Simply exceptional, and a must visit for anyone visiting Bangalore. We had a free upgrade for doing absolutely nothing ;) and the room was sublime, I could live in there permanently it was that good. Thanks to Simran, Kaushal, Shreosi, Tashi and all the staff at Leela Bhartiya City, miss you guys x from Stephen and Mili Vincent/Kalia

The best stay i ever had in Bangalore. Starting from the Room to the service to the staffs every single thing needs appreciation. The room was beautiful with amazing view and plenty of space. Loved the washroom as well. The breakfast was good. But more than all this i wana mention their staffs and service. Priya was thruout available a text away during my stay for any support i needed. I even had one of their beautiful staff who helped me wear a saree for a function ❤️ Every single staff in the hotel was more than helpful and pleasant at all times. I felt safe even to come at any time to the hotel. There is an additional benefit to this hotel, it has a mall attached to it which is super convenient. Anytime i will be back in Bangalore, i will not prefer any other hotel other than Leela❤️

The hotel is part of the Bhartiya City project which is well developed, beautifully designed and excellently maintained. There is no traffic and the place is full of trees and greenery. There is also a mall attached to the hotel. It is far removed from the crazy hustle and bustle of Bengaluru. Our room was very nice and spacious and all modern amenities that you can think of were provided. The staff are excellent and really go out of their way to look after all your needs. A special mention has to be made of Ms. Pratiksha and Ms. Sujata from the Guest Services team who went above and beyond to plan a special celebration for our 25th Wedding Anniversary including a special cake and some surprise treats in our room. This was our first visit to Bengaluru and we are very happy that we chose to stay at The Leela. F&B was excellent and on the last night we had dinner at the Indian restaurant - Falak which was a wonderful experience. It was a shame to see it not very busy given it’s location and excellent views from the 17th floor. Perhaps they can introduce a happy hour during the evenings to bring in more guests. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back sometime in the near future.
