Madam Kritika was very welcoming from day 1 to last one....the room was very comfortable, spacious, extra bed and table desk.,...the chair was comfortable., the foods were so good.....and so much variety every day....lots of vegetarians food and deserts The hotel has an inclusive personel. There was one staff who has an impaired hearing, but he managed to understand our needs, even came to see us at different times, he is very observant for my sister's birthday, a birthday cake was offered by the hotel, thank you so much

we could not take the hotel airport drops because it was too big in size and cost. May be the hotel may provide some more options, small, medium and big size car....or even limousine as well....

The breakfast was good I got what I wanted always thanks to Anil, Rahul and PankAJ Goswami they were very nice and professional in their dealings. Special recognition to Pooja at the reception and the room service team both on 6028 and 5028 respectively. These named mentioned above helped in making crowne plaza experience a memorable one. I do admire and appreciate their professionalism.

Well I would suggest some African dishes if possible.

The customer service was exceptional; every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day.The amenities were fantastic, offering everything one could need for a relaxing and convenient stay. From the fitness center to the swimming pool, every facility was top-notch and easily accessible.

I didn't have time to enjoy the hotel's facilities, I was working but the hotel is very comfortable, spacious room.

The location is not very good. But relax because as a rule you will book the tours with a car and perhaps with a tour guide. Forget renting a car in Delhi. The traffic. This is Delhi, not Disney.

Everything was absolutely perfect during my stay. Mr. Shashi and Mr. Jatin were truly amazing, incredibly helpful, and made me feel warmly welcomed with their exceptional hospitality. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I can confidently say that I will definitely return to this amazing hotel again in the future. Highly recommended!

Nothing!

The staff were amazing. The beds were very comfortable. It was located close to the Apollo Hospital, which was exactly what we needed. It was nice to speak to many other guests also visiting the hospital too. The view we had of the park was lovely and meant we got to see some of New Delhis wildlife. The foyer and down stairs restuarant have been nicely upgraded and a stark contrast to the old parts of the hotel. The checks of cars and people coming and going from the hotel were reassuring.

The rooms are in desperate need of a renovation, and the cleaning could definitely be elevated. Checklists may be helpful for the cleaners to ensure things are not just clean on the surface but completely clean. In saying this, it wasn't as dirty as some places I have stayed in New Zealand. The fridge in the room leaked, and a microwave would have been a game changer. There was a complete lack of any vegan options in both the hotels restaurants and Cafe. As I follow this diet for medical reasons, it led to me becoming a little unwell. Just some alternative milk and at least a couple of vegan options would benefit many of your guests.

I would have preferred to have made my own coffee and had access to a coffee making machine. I like several cups in the morning and see no point in having to keep asking staff for this. A better (more comprehensive) selection of fruit juices would also have been nice. The room was very nice and of a generous size but could have done with more sachets of coffee and milk. I did ask for additional supplies but these never came.

Could you offer half board rates? The area close to the hotel is extremely busy (on a heavily congested road) and accessing places to eat not very easy. A half board rate would have been a welcome booking option and facilitated greater choice.

Generally excellent but for the layout of the bathroom.

Shower door opens outward resulting in water spilling while accessing the towel after the shower. And the shower is right at the entrance of the bathroom. So the entrance is wet till housekeeping cleans up. The shower cubicle should be switched with the WC cubicle to solve this

Check-in and check out were smooth and quick. Breakfast had lots of options. They took customised order for breakfast as well. The room was clean. The reception desk and concierge were very friendly. We requested a birthday cake and Ms Shivani prepared a desk with balloons and a cake. My kid loved it. Mr. Shani of reception was also helpful. Metro is a bit far away. We used autorikshaw and cabs most of the time. The Pacific Mall Jasola was nearby, and had a food court.

Housekeeping was a bit slow. But nothing worthy to complain.

Food. Location. Staff behaviour. Check out was very smooth. Thanks to Mr Shani and Mr Jatin. This is our second stay here. Love this place. You can get auto rickshaw, cabs, and blusmart easily. Malls are close by. One seven eleven is within 2 minutes walking distance.

While checking in, they couldn't find my booking. It took nearly 40 minutes to sort this out.
