The property is very good, impeccably clean, good staff. I loved the rooms, though we did not get the sea view rooms which were as we were told, premium ones, at much higher prices. It’s located in a very nice central area while maintaining a very exclusive and private ambiance.

I liked most of the things, but the breakfast menu was a bit wanting, not exactly matching the quality of a five star facility. Same applies to the buffet menu for lunch or dinner. Also, during peak hours, it felt a bit short staffed as waiting for cleaning the tables was long. But the staffs were nice and tried their best to cater to the requirements of the guests.

The location of the hotel was amazing, right next to the sea. The staff was also courteous. I would like to specifically mention the IT person who helped me with fast internet to finish an important work. The food was ok (could have been better), but the kitchen staff was nice.

Got the room after a long long wait, inspite of clearly detailing the arrival time. The staff offered room to everyone else who came before us and even an hour after us, but kept delaying our room. Every 30 mins they promised the room within the next 30 mins. I had expected better hospitality from ITC Hotels. On top of this, the transport lady at the front desk is a downer and makes you rethink about the authenticity of the hotel: she charges exorbitant rates for a 10 min taxi ride into the city.

Location on hill overlooking the bay and open sea. Tasty a la carte menu but generic buffet fare. Friendly staff.

Not responsive, nor reachable at all! They didn’t respond to two messages sent through Booking.com inquiring about local transport. This is unheard of. Moreover, their phone number listed in Booking.com isn’t current, and neither is their listed number on their own ITC website! Impossible to connect with them! They need to list their current local number in Booking.com, and train someone to look at messages from Booking.com regularly, and respond promptly, within 12 hours!

From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome and valued. The front desk team, led by the wonderful girl Pranjale she is an asset and everybody in her team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you Pranjali for taking so well care of us . The hotel's opulent decor and vintaged design made our stay more memorable. My room was stunning with breathtaking views of the BAY OF BENGAL . The amenities were top-notch, including a world-class spa, fitness center, and rooftop pool.The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to top attractions and restaurants. But what really made my stay stand out was the impeccable service. The staff Pranjali and Geetha went above and beyond to ensure my every need was met, from arranging transportation to recommending local places to visit.If you're looking for a truly unforgettable experience, look no further than the ITC this property. It's a 5-star gem that truly deserves its rating. I can't wait to return!!!!!

Marvelous hotel with astonishing views from the bar and the reception. Clean and hygiene rooms with a good swimming pool which also has a good view and the property also has a spa. Wonderful food with great view from the restaurant was something different. The best part is the staffs specially thanks to Ms. Pranjali she actually took a very well care and as well at checkout time she passed a discount to make sure our stay more memorable she is exceptional at her work . Even at the restaurant everyone was courteous and very kind people. Keep up the good work and hope to see you soon . If visiting port Blair must visit hotel.

She took a wonderful care of us by giving an early check-in to the room with an upgrade to a beautiful bay view room . She is highly appreciated. The hotel itself was vintaged, clean, and comfortable, with a great location and fantastic amenities. But what truly sets ITC apart is the exceptional service from the front office team and the restaurant team as well . They were always available to help, whether it was booking a tour or recommending a local restaurant. Good food with a amazing view which recovers all the flaws. And some wonderful assets of the hotel who make your stay happy like Pranjole from the reception ,Joy , Ajitesh , Suresh from the restaurant was nice too . Vintaged property with good big swimming pool nice spa also has a gym. Good property for a good vacation.

The checkin process to my room was horrible . One girl came with us to the room couldn't open the room then again a reception guy came also couldn't open. People made the key which was not working unfortunately. Not a complaint but can't expect this service from an ITC brand. But somehow was a good experience.

Amazing property. Yet I cancelled the booking from OTA bcz I already had a booking of 2 rooms ..... So we arrived at the hotel at 7 am and we didn't even have to request for an early checking in Ms. Pranjali ma'am gave us the room with in 5 min she was wonderful throughout the whole stay she gave us the best rooms she is very much appreciated. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Resturant food and the view is the perfect place to make your trip more memorable and beautiful. The employees/staffs are the best part of the hotel . All the chefs behind the amazing food is appreciated. The property has a beautiful swiming pool with the view my kids loved the place and the property. Surely will recommend everybody arround whoever planning a trip for the Andamans please visit the ITC property and it's all worth it . See you soon again . The restaurant should be more prompt with the services but they were kind enough. The maintenance and the cleanliness of the room should be Little more focused. Rest all is perfect

The stay and the hospitality was the top notch ITC standards. This hotel has a wonderful front office team special shoutout to Pranjali the smiling soul was amazing and Mr.Bala , Raj and the whole team was good . Resturant and the bar Stuarts are very kind and attentive too . Wonderful and mesmerized view and the peaceful atmosphere which makes this property more recognised. Every customer services were perfect. Hope to visit again soon . Keep it up guys .
