The hotel is nice and offers everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The room was as on pictures and comfortable. The view from the room was charming. Duo of swimming pool and bar made our hotel time really good. We enjoyed gourmand dinner at the hotel's restaurant as well.

We were not informed well about breakfast: it turned out to be a bit cheaper if ordered beforehand and kids are eating at a lower price. It's also mentioned, that breakfast is till 10, but if you come at 9:30, you are allowed to eat only on a terrace and don't have full range of options.

Nice view, good location. Quiet at night in the Oceanside rooms. The bed and linens were very comfy. Nice water pressure in the shower with super hot water. Balcony was pleasant with a water view. Hotel offered complimentary cocktails at the pool bar, which was nice.

Restaurant was just mediocre but convenient for dinner. Breakfast was a bit expensive so we crossed the street and had coffee and croissants at a small bakery. Limited TV channels.

I like the hospitality service, very courteous staff.

Corridors are quite noisy at times; as mentioned and required by F&B team, guests should advise any specific requirements at least 24hrs prior to breakfast, I informed that I would need soya milk and staff mentioned that they will cater it. The next day, new staff on duty were not aware of my dietary requirements. However, she checked immediately with the 'economat', and finally, there was no soya milk. I wasn't disappointed, but I was a bit concerned.

We liked the food ! The restaurant "Grand large" was amazing and the breakfast almost complete. We liked the view and the fact that the beach was just up front. The staff was nice too !

We didn't like the fact that the bedside lamps weren't working and the sliding door of the closet was cracked.

Good breakfast, very pleasant massage. Great sea view and excellent snorkeling.English level of the staff is high for Reunion, if you need it.

Pool at the property is not heated (which is usually no issue, but a little wheather dependant)

The hotel is front shore. The rooms were good size to feel comfortable. We booked 3 rooms and found out the one we expected have a full sea view was on the side of the building (with side sea view) overlooking the bar and the pool. The staff was very friendly and managed to change our room so we were fully at the front shore with no surcharge!

It has an underground parking (for an additional Euro 10.- per night) with elevator to the floors which is great. Be aware though that the entrance is tricky and you will probably not manage an easy enter/exit with a larger car. There are some free parking facilities along the road outside the hotel!

Very good breakfast, very comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff at the reception.

Approx. 15 minutes walking from the centre, so when you want to go for a dinner to any other place than the hotel restaurant, its quite far.

The little bar by the swimming pool was superb. The staff were really friendly and made amazing cocktails. The swimming pool offered amazing views and a welcome escape from the blazing sun. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a very nice view of the ocean. Just a stroll off the beach, very nice for walks.

We wish the swimming pool was opened a little later, also sadly the breakfast was not included in the room fee, and was a little bit on the pricey side for what you get.
