The hotel meets the conditions of a 4 star hotel, from my point of view. Spacious rooms with facilities to make your stay comfortable. We requested another row of pillows and the very friendly staff gave us all the support. I stayed at this hotel last year in October and I have to admit that compared to last time something has changed for the better. The friendly staff, the cleaning ladies did their job professionally. We thank Mrs. Steliana and the staff.

What an extraordinary experience! Our stay at the Aleksandria Romania hotel EDMA was nothing short of exceptional. I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The room was big and clean, varied breakfast, kind staff. We stayed in room 304. On the first day of our stay, we noticed that the shower was non-functional. I reported the incident to the reception and we were moved for the remaining 3 nights to room 404, a room identical to the one we had previously where the shower was functional. The room was arranged every day, upon request, by the cleaning staff. During our stay, we dined at the hotel's restaurant La Strada, whose menu was designed by the @chef RazvanAlexandru. The food was good with one exception. In the last evening 11th October we decided to order a Caesar salad and a dish of Spicy pan with mashed potatoes. From here started the disaster that ruined all our confidence in the kitchen of the La Strada restaurant whose menu was designed by Chef Razvan Alexandru. The Caesar salad was 80% lettuce and the remaining 20% ​​croutons, anchovies and here comes the disaster, leftover chicken some on looked like they had been fried very hard and others looked like leftover breaded chicken. I didn't notice parmesan and the dressing was tasted like double cream. The spicy pan was not spicy but instead had a sauce that tasted like barbeque sauce, the mashed potatoes tasted smoky. I called the waiter, a kind and helpful person, to whom I presented the situation. She tried to rectify the situation and asked me if I wanted a different type of salad. In order not to make the review long, I conclude by saying that you should avoid ordering these dishes, the rest of the ones on the menu, which we tried over the course of 4 days, were delicious. We were probably unlucky with the kitchen staff who were on duty in the evening of 11th October 2023. PS. The salad was not included in the bill.

The hotel administrator should review everything related to bed linen (sheets, pillows, duvets). The pillows are very worn, only 1 pillow per quest, duvets are worn.

Excellent location, very good breakfast. Good standard hotel, courteous staff. Good rooms, good breakfast. The location of the hotel is in a quiet area. Parking on the street next to the hotel is free.

The service and treatment was very good, there wasn't an event we didn't like. We have no negative comments.

Best place to stay in Alexandria, nice people, good food, clean rooms with aircos.

Maybe a bottle (refillable) of water in the room would hurt (not the one from minibar).

All good. Except I have asked for a breakfast English tea from the bar at 13.00 o'clock and they said that they can not sell it because it is for breakfast only

air conditioning undersized and not able to cool down the room, at least in summer time, when outside temp was 34C. some hard time to figure out how to get the right temp for shower water parking may be difficult to find, close to hotel (side street parking to be used)
