Great place to stay and relax. The spa has all the facilities you need and the room as well. I also liked the staff which is extremely helpful. Breakfast is good and has enough options. I'd like to add as well the views from the balcony that have some of breathtaking views. Both the 3 and 4 star rooms are a good value for the money. I came here the second time and will definitely come back again - thank you for the experience!

The Location was ok because it was near the Rarau Ski Resort and other attractions on Campulung Moldovenesc. The breakfast was nice and delicious. They kept the room nice and clean. And changed the towels regularly. The pool with salted water and the dry sauna was super nice.

We had dinner twice at their restaurant and we didn’t like the quality of the food. My partner had tochitura and it was quite cold when it came. Me for example I had Eden Burger and the bun was so dry that I couldn’t finish it all. For this, the next day for lunch we went to a different restaurant. They should take good care with this in particularly.

The bathroom doors weren't very well build and the sewerage wasn't very well designed(frequent clogging)

Rooms was cleaned up every day. Breakfast good enough.

Don't take rooms close to highway!

I came here for the spa facilities. The pool was large enough for swiming and the sauna was good. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The food in the restaurant is good, and the breakfast offers plenty of choices. Coffee, good enough.

We booked an apartament in 3 stars building, because we want separate rooms. Unfortunatly the hole building is old and need to be refurbished a little bit. The mattress was old and hard, the pillow is of very poor quality, and in the morning we heard all the trucks on the street. We booked 2 nights, but no one came to clean the room in the morning. The bathroom was also old and smelly. Indeed, the 4 stars building looks nice and definitly worth the money.
