We have stayed at this hotel twice, and both times I was absolutely satisfied with our experience. While we did not have breakfast, we did not feel the need for it. The yard and parking zone, though small, were very clean. The room was immaculate, and the blackout curtains allowed us to sleep longer. The beds were comfortable, with clean linen and sufficient towels. The bathroom was perfect: everything was spotlessly clean, the water was hot, and the soap and shampoo dispensers were full. I had requested a sewing kit in advance to repair a torn button, and I was pleased to find it in the room upon arrival. The staff clearly pays attention to messages and requests. Despite arriving late at night, the check-in process was super easy. Overall, the hotel staff works great and ensures a pleasant stay for their guests.

I liked everything in general and would stay there again next time. However, I did encounter a couple of minor issues. The aromatic liquids placed in the room, while not inherently bad, could cause trouble for those with allergies or asthma. I would advise against using them in the room for this reason. Additionally, there was no teaspoon provided, so even though tea and coffee were available along with an electric kettle, it was not possible to stir the drinks. Overall, these were small inconveniences in an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Comfortable modern premises, comfortable beds and mattresses on them. Cleanliness and tidiness in the room. Comfortable furniture and working lighting devices. High-speed and reliable Internet. The location is convenient for those traveling by car. There is a safe parking lot. Large supermarkets and a gas station are nearby. At the same time, it is very quiet and peaceful around.

The reception did not work very well. To register we had to phone number, specified in the reservation.

It's nice and clean inside. Staff very friendly and supportive. We arrived around 10PM, they waited to check us in and provide keys.

Not enough space for parking, we left the car nearby. Luckily, there is plenty of space on a street. We paid at a property higher price, then it was stated on booking.

It was clean and cosy. The furniture was new. Everything we need for one night stay we had. The bed was big and comfortable. Definitely worth it's price.

It took some time until the water gets hot but in general all good.

This hotel is a great value, very clean, and quite. I would and will stay here again. The ladies at the front desk, Claudia and Mirela, were absolutely wonderful. They do everything and do it very well. They were always willing to help and spoke English very well. I highly recommend this hotel.

A beautiful hotel where you can really be Zen. Comfortable, great facilities, silence, relaxing, everything you need for having a great stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Breakfast available for 20ron/pers. Wireless was good enough for calls and work. We had coffee and tea in the room, and a water boiling machine. Thank you Zen Hotel, I will surely stay here again whenever in the area.

Would've liked a few more amenities like toiletries and additional pillows, but all minor things.

Everything is very clean and it's a nice environment. The lady at the reception is very friendly. Unfortunately I only stayed one night. But I will definitely come back again.

On weekends I would prefer to be on till later as they close the reception at 8pm.

Excellent service, clean immaculate clean, the hotel inside smells amazing. I truly recommend Zen Hotel if you want a great place to stay in Focsani.

Fantastic people. Fantastic hospitality. They treated my friends from Ukraine with love and tremendous help. The owner / manager gave me 2 very very good bottles of Romanian wine. I love you, guys!!
