In Room 105 AC does not work... overnight temp reached 29 inside. Opened windows and door to ventilate and entire night became a mosquito 🦟 hunt. We almost have been bitten alive. Wi fi works sporadically... We will reconsider staying here in the future, however there are not too many choices... overall a good stay. Breakfast and hotel personnel has been very nice and polite which compensate for the broken AC.

We are a family of 4, so 2 adults and two children 7 and 2 years old. I'm not going to say anything about the price as everyone has it's own price range. Breakfast and free parking, quietness of the area. Also easy access on foot to the city centre if you need it.

While the hotel is still modern and new some things have started to not go so great. Two of them are the water pressure and the aircon not working because it is April (but it was very hot and humid).

The room was large and clean. Excellent, central location. Helpful staff Restaurant food was nice

Nice ambience, rich and diverse breakfast.

Friendly advice: Take care at little details that make difference : we always look for hotels with elevator, and so this one was advertised . Actually, we received the room in a separate wing...without elevator. The poor appreciation for the room is due to windows isolation. Extremely noisy teens groups and super-super-powered motorcycles passed till the wee hours of the night.

Good location, right in the center Pool and spa is a big plus.

Size of junior suite, 2 big bedrooms, sleeping sofa for 2 persons in the 2. bedrooms, double bed in bedroom 1. Spa is included and parking garage for free Breakfast which was included was also tasty and tempting. The hotel has a classic stylish appearance.

- Very close to the city center - The parking lot is spacious - The staff members are friendly and happy to help - Breakfast was good and it was composed of various products - Bathroom is clean - You have access to spa / swimming pool

- In a wardrobe there was a quilt that wasn't clean. This made us question the overall cleanliness. - During the night it was pretty hot in the room even with the AC on. We stayed in an attic room.

A bit dated and needs to be upgraded in parts. Outside of this an excellent location with a fantastic restaurant which was reasonably priced and the food and drink were of high quality. Breakfast was extensive. Excellent secure parking available.

An older hotel that needs to update some of the fittings in the bathroom.

Lovely spa, great large room

I am worried about the ability of persons to leave in case of fire. The staircase is very badly arranged. There is little space to pass when changing flights (the glass partition between each floor and the staircase is very close to the railings of the stairs; it would be impossible to run down these stairs freely). Also, there is a tiny step or irregularity in the floor, where the carpet ends and the marble begins. I had to carefully pay attention each time I passed, and again, in case of fire this will be responsible for tragic accidents.

Secure parking for the motorcycle, elevator from the underground parking, convenient restaurant, great spa tub, decent water pressure, ok air conditioning (turns off while you are out so it took a long time to cool down the room), reception and check out were quick and efficient. Bed is European firm. Location is close to downtown for a stroll.

You could hear a lot of street noise in the room despite all the windows being closed.
