Easy secure parking, walkable to some great restaurants but you should have a car to get to the various beaches. Dawn beach is a 15 min walk away. Bungalow no.5 next to the pool if you can get it. Huge undercover balcony with lounges,chair and settee and dining table and chairs. Big bathroom and tastefully decorated with every possible appliance. View of the bay. Quiet air conditioner. It was perfect for us. And very private.Oyster Bay is the best location on the island and walking distance to several restaurants and a small supermarket.

Nicely furnished, and extremely well maintained very private rooms and suites with porches overlooking the bay, this hotel is a great choice, especially for travelers who are already familiar with the island and are looking for something further away from casinos and crowds. Its location also offers a nice selection of some of the best places we've ever eaten on the island, and my wife and I have been coming to St. Martin for 30 years. A lovely spot to stay, looked after by very caring hosts.

No breakfast ;very close to the small stores. that had what you would want to make your own. the French restaurants wherever good some great. makes food at home USA wanting. I was on the Dutch side 1 week and French 1 week.

The mattress. was to soft.

Great location on the French side of the island. Quiet, private, bungalows in romantic atmosphere. Restaurants and amazing cafe/market within a few minutes walk. Claude was very helpful and responsive in making your stay enjoyable including arranging in advance our New Years Eve plans. We'll be back.

Where should I start? The place is beautiful, clean, quiet, spacious, safe, and private. The bungalow we got was comfortable and clean. I particularly liked the terrace, very private and not overlooked so you could easily spend your time there without worrying about others. The best part was our host, Claude, she was amazing. Very clear in her communication, very helpful with recommending places to eat, activities, taxis. She was very kind and booked a few things for us, which made our life much easier.

Be prepared for some water shortages - but don't worry - Claude, is there to save the day. She kept us informed all the time and was able to switch us to the reserve tank so we were OK for showers, cleaning and cooking.

Very nice bungalow with a balcony overlooking the Oyster Pond. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It was cleaned every 3 days, enough to keep the place in a good shape. Very helpful staff. Claude helped me to rent a car. I could also use laundry service.

I would normally give 10 points but frequent water shortage has to lower the review score. I know it's not a fault of the property but it had impact on our stay. There is an water tank in the hotel but the shortage usually occurred early morning when no staff was there.

We really enjoyed our time here. There was a beautiful view from the spacious balcony which also had a bbq. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. There was on site parking and a pool which we really appreciated. We arrived late at night time but found the self-check in really easy.

Not the fault of the property but there was a regular water cut in the area and we didn't have any water for nearly the whole weekend which perhaps we could have been warned of prior. The bed cover was not comfortable.

Coco the lady in charge of the Les Balcon's was excellent and was very tentative to our needs. It is quiet and very clean including the pool area. There are some restaurants within walking distance and there is a large balcony with a barbecue if you prefer to stay home and cool which we did most nights. It was hard to beat the view from our balcony while having dinner. If we return to St Maarten we will stay here again!

Very nice property, great pool and amazing view! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I think the location is great, very quiet and perfect if you are looking for something that is not a crowded area. Everything is so close in the island that is perfect to go to the beach during the day and have a great night and rest! The pool area is great, with a beautiful view, chairs to relax, and not to deep.
