One night business stay. Great Hotel. Fast Check-in and amaxing team at reception, specially Ms.Tasneem is an amaxing person with polished etiquette and showed great hospitality, accommodating requests. Prompt & efficient room service. The Club Sandwich was gud. Grand, Upscale, clean, comfortable and quiet room with amazing amenities & perfect for a business trip. The bathroom was grand as well with a separate bath tub and separate glass closure shower and all amenities. Great breakfast to start ur day with fulfilling varieties with attentive service, and Ronnie & Shakel were amaxing. Big pristine outdoor swimming pool with dining options and the on duty Filipino lady was very courteous and accommodating. They also have an indoor separate pool for ladies/ kidz. Free parking. It's close to the Hail University and near to Airport and Train Station.

The only thing is if they can upgrade some of the furniture a bit and elevate the overall experience as per the Millennium standard. If only some rust and lime scaling in inconspicuous areas in the bathroom can be addressed, along with water pressure issue in the hand shower only near toilet seats. A bit far from the city centre with approx. 20 mins. of driving.

Special thanks to Saleh Alshammari for providing great hospitality and amazing room. The stay was wonderful. Room #601 was clean, the food at breakfast and the Thursday night buffet were delicious. Imran in engineering did a great job, Efran from kitchen helped me with breakfast. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and made the stay memorable. Overall great hotel. Easy from the train station and Uber's not far for any travel.

Distance from city center was a little far but not overly inconvenient. Pressure from hose in bathroom could have been stronger although engineering said they could do it. The coffee at Starbucks was a bit pricy for the portion.

The room heater was not working and was not even solved by the technician who came and said that he fixed it. Also there was no microwave or kitchenette in a two bedroom suite. The two bed room suite was booked for 5 person but everything including tea bags was for two bags. And if you ask for anything the room service comes after an hour or so. The large curtains were also a big pain as it was damn tough to move them to see the outside view.

I have stayed 7 nights with family on my business trip. I felt my family was safe and secure place during my office time. Me and my family like a lot of things there, especially free facilities such as wallet parking ,breakfast , lobby , saudi qahwa, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc. We have interacted many staff there and all of them behaved very well like family. I would like specialy thanks to Mr Rameez who helped me for booking confirmation. He also helped us on and off things whenever required. From Room service , Mr Waleed, Monu, one philipino guy not remembering his name provided good hospitality at breakfast time. From Housekeeping, Mr imdad and his partner cleaned our room properly. From wallet parking, Naveed, Ghulam and Abid helped us too much for quick response at wallet parking. Never wait long time . Great coordination. From front desk , one saudi guy (don't remember his name but he work in night shift on Thursday) has played with my son and my son also like his company. Saudi ladies also supported us in good manner. Appreciated their work. From Pool area , Swimming pool facility for families is the best facility ever found in saudi arabia with music. Breakfast was very nice . Room size and amenities were amazing. I have visited some other hotels like holiday villa and golden tulip but this hotel room with this price is much better than other. Overall , our stay was very good. Thanks hotel management and staff. Hates off your nice hospitality.

The room size, excellent room amenities, wellness centre and gym, the helpful staff and the general friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

The location was out of town. OK if you have a car, but it’s a 20 minute taxi ride and nothing to do around the hotel. Great if you just want to relax but not if you want to look around Hail.

The rooms were large and very comfortable. The bathrooms were also very large with a separate bathtub and shower. The room service was just ok for food, but the breakfast was delightful. It was a buffet style with lots of options. The beds were very comfortable.

Turning lights on and off were not the most convenient. The room service first night took a long time to get. To be fair it was the first night of Eid so that might have had a delay.

The bed was sinking and uncomfortable, the pillows were either too flat or too full. Housekeeping was not performed regularly. Might be short staffed at the reception, won’t respond quickly to calls.

The staff was very nice. I love the big size room. Also the location is great. We always stay here as it is convenient and clean.

Room service for dinner was not great. It was very hard to get connected to as no one was in service for some reason. Then, when the food was brought, there were missing ingredients (guacamole and sour cream for the chicken quesadilla which ended up too salty). The staff was arguing that it was inside the quesadilla which it was not. Ended up telling us that they didn't have it. Took about 45 mins to resolve it. Breakfast a was great and the service was much better.

@ no ATM machine in the hotel @ hotel car to the airport is very expensive around 170 SR while Ober costed me 42 SR @ please remove Aljazzera news channel from TV channels list , this channel not acceptable to be present in Saudi hotel
