Excellent place to stay. the hotel staff were very friendly and nice. We requested a crib for our baby and they happily provided us with one.

Would be nice if the breakfast venue is part of the hotel so guests don't have to walk outside to get there. Also, the waiters at the breakfast venue can be a little bit too much for the guests, my wife did not feel comfortable with the waiters following her and offering help every time she wants to pick up something for breakfast, we appreciate the kindness and willingness to help but it was a bit too much, would be better to offer help only when asked, there were just too many people trying to help.

I am so glad the hotel got even better from the last visit 5 years ago. It is still that luxurious hotel with more things to offer. The honeymoon arrangements were better than last time with more options to choose from. They have done everything exactly as I ordered. The hotel's lobby has better places to relax and enjoy your time. I also love how the hotel is surrounded by many plants 🪴 and flowers 💐. The room itself was spacious, clean and cozy. I wish the hotel and its staff keep the same momentum and aim for taking the hotel to even higher standards.

Great Location, facilitates, breakfast, ambiance and hospitality of the hotel staff. The professionalism of the staff was up to mark more than hotel in cosmopolitan cities. I forgot my charger plugged in the room. The staff called me about that after sometime and ask if I want to take it back. That is really only happens where high professionalism is implemented which far above than expectation from the hotel in a small city.

We had a really nice time at National Park Hotel. The rooms were clean, neat, and comfortable. Everything was well taken care of. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was also very good — fresh, tasty, and with a good variety. Overall, it was a great experience. We enjoyed our stay.

the view was amassing, very clean and quite. the hotel manager is very welcoming and helpful. always fresh food at the restaurant with various selections. one of the best hotel experience in the region.

Location, the staff is very friendly and hospitality at its peak.Rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable.Breakfast was good too.. The complimentary orange juice and delicious dessert was a big surprise when I saw it in the room after my evening walk was a big surprise and really made my evening. Thanks for such a great stay felt like home away from home.

I must admit that National Park Hotel is one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Al Baha! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and Mr. Amir Khan (House Keeping Manager) is so friendly that we are really amazed. The staff was extremely friendly, mentioning about Mr. Sanjeev Paul (Waiter Supervisor). The restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks for providing us our food while we are leaving for Al Khobar. We had great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. I truly enjoyed during buffet dinner in the hotel and surroundings. This is such a quiet and peaceful environment. Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for Mr. Khan and Mr. Paul and others who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

Everything about this hotel is amazing …. The facilities are superb and the staff are very kind and helpful (specially the reception) , in total a great experience and inshallah will visit again soon
