a couple of very nice interactions and experiences. I was initially checked into a room with a poor wifi connection. I requested a change of room which the receptionist actioned immediately. I don't have her name but she went above and beyond to look after my comfort. The second incident was when I required 25 copies of a document for a workshop that i was conducting at the hospital. Mr Abdul got the documents printed in no time thus saving me a lot of trouble as I would've had to roam around the city for a printer. Both staff members were thoroughly professional and looked after me in a very polite and impeccable manner.

There is nothing not to like about the hotel. The location is ideal, the staff are very polite and highly professional so I really can't describe anything that I didn't like about the hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the main things to se in the city. The hotel lobby was very nice and the staff friendly. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable and made for a very nice nights sleep. I would recommend this place if you are in Hail for a night or two.

The room location was a little strange with the window overlooking the inside of the hotel across the lobby. Not really an issue as I was not staying in the hotel for the view however if this is something that would bother you, i would ask for an outward facing window.

Hotel location , facilities and room decorations were excellent . Staff were friendly and supportive .

Housekeeping didn’t clean my room despite leaving the room for six hours and when I requested the receptionist, the housekeeping cleaned the room and didn’t refresh the towels .

The room was very comfortable, Wi-Fi was very good. The food was very tasty and plenty of choice at the buffet.

The room had a single small window high up so no view at all, so did make the room seem a little small even though it was a good size.

After my many trips to Hail City, I discovered that the Holiday Villa Hotel is one of the best in the city. The premium room I booked was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast menu was generous, and housekeeping was doing an excellent job keeping everything clean and tidy. I enjoyed drinking coffee in the chess club coffee shop in the reception area.

Very clean and close to the airport. There are many cafe and restaurant near the hotel location. There is also a gas station with a corner shop which is open 24/7

Receptionist didn’t say welcome. When I asked for second key she refused by saying we only give 1 key per guest.

Good lobby Good location

The carpet in the room very old needs to be change… The bathroom was not up to the standard… The shampoo in the pockets were latterly nothing in it and the soap was bad… No iron and iron board in the room, you have to request it…

the hotel was excellent, the room was reasonably spaced and priced, the breakfast was great, plenty of parking although open but seemed secured, the decoration and atmosphere of the place were really nice, the Asian restaurant is excellent

the aera around the hotel is quite dark at night and access to it it wasn't very clear, the parking extends to what seemed to be some abandoned stores or something, had to park there and there was no problem however as an out of town visitor i was not sure if it was okay to do so
