-A bit expensive for its location. -Being inside the university borders causes difficulties entering the hotel, you can easily get lost if you are from out of town, I went to the wrong university gate and I was not allowed to enter and had to try multiple gates before realising I can only access the hotel from gate#4 and that took me 30 minutes of driving. I don't understand why they don't allow access from other gates, if I entered from gate #4 then I already am inside the university grounds so what's the point??

This hotel is always a pleasure to stay at…….i will not stay anywhere else in Tabuk….the facilities are absolutely fantastic the gym, suana, steam room, indoor pool and outdoor pool are always immaculate and staff friendly and helpful…..the food in the restuarant is amazing!!!! Oriental mixed grill too die for :) the rooms are stunning and super comfortable

The standard and quality of the room was excellent and far exceeded my expectations. I wasn’t at the hotel for long but the facilities in the public areas looked great compared to similarly priced hotels in Tabuk. In addition, the location made it easy to continue my journey to NEOM as it is close to the centre of Tabuk but not too central as to result in traffic issues.

My stay could have been longer and i have recommended to colleagues so we can use some of the facilities too.

Family outing was great- Support staff was very friendly and cooperative as usual especially Zulkarnain was hospitable as previously experienced. Highly recommended

Early morning check out was a little lumpy and slow. The front desk manager disappeared. Was told that the last night invoice will be mailed to me only after check out. Process can be better.
