The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Many options to choose from. Loved it. Everything was freshly prepared. From sweet breakfast to sour, you can have it all! The staff was absolutely friendly, they gave me a charger because I forgot my own, everyone greeted me with a smile. The parking in the front was free. I was also traveling with a pet, everyone was very welcoming about it. The rooms are very cozy.

Maybe the bathroom could be more clean (maybe it is more to do with a need for an update, it looked a little worn off from the years in use) , but everything else was absolutely perfect.

We had some concerns for the first room we got and the reception staff fixed it for us quickly and friendly. Other than that, its overall a clean and well located place to stay. Many nice restaurants in walking distance.

Nice hotel with perfect location. Asked for vegan breakfast during booking and it exceeded all my expectations! Got reserved table with plant-based food only for me - tofu, veggies, vegan cheese curds and even crepes filled with apples. Best vegan breakfast experience so far, thank you!

Located in the city center. Good size room and bathroom. There was a desk and water boiler with coffee. Proper breakfast with hot courses.

The WiFi in the room was very weak and basically not useful.

the hotel is situated in a very quiet street, close to the Old Town. The room was very spacious with windows which you can open to let in the fresh air. Good breakfast.

No bath, even if it was listed in room facilities. You need to call to get teapot and tea, in most hotels it is standard.

Very helpful reception. We had booked a twin room, but the bed was made up as a double, so they immediately found us an alternative. Delicious fresh bread and plenty of fresh fruit at breakfast.

great location, very attentive and polite staff- I mean all of them! (reception, restaurant.. ) all my experience in general here is always great: professional staff; clean and well equipped, well decorated rooms, fast wifi, lift, delicious breakfast and nice coffee as well as long hours to enjoy them. thank you guys!

Difficult to find anything but could have done with a greater selection at breakfast

Nice personnel and good and practical/functional place in city centre, with enough charme for a 2-3d stay.

Showering on second morning was impossible - water pressure too low for a period too long to await. Probably due to too many people having shower at same time. Room had incluned roof which was fine but the windows wete too high to look out.
