We were two families with young children. The property is very clean and well maintained. Pool is also very well maintained. The staff are all very friendly and attended promptly to our needs. The breakfast had a reasonable spread and the food was delicious . There were no mosquitoes despite being surrounded by greenery. We felt safe with our children enjoying the outdoor and indoor play area.

Nothing to complain about but they can offer activity packages for treks to enjoy the beautiful hills.

The reception handled so well ..felt good and warm.ambience good, food was awesome .. our net was not working the person number displayed did nit respond well. But reception mam brought another person and got it rectified .very good lady. Activity person also very friendly and helped u spend good time there .overall good time

Our tv was not working repeated calls, he was not responding . No help. Reception lady helper us solve that

The ambience was very nice and the view was excellent.. staff were polite and respectful.. bed was nice and the bathrooms were neat

Food could have better.. more South Indian food could have been there for dinner . Difficult to manage this when Kids and elder people are there.. And have been an intercom facility in the room. We found it difficult to keep on calling from our Mobile To the restaurant and room service, especially when there was very poor signal.

Property is new and well maintained. Cleanliness was good.

F&B needs a lot of improvement. At 4:30pm I called room service for a cup of tea and they said it is still not ready and will take another 45 minutes ! Also other residents had issue with the restaurant and have been shouting at the staff. Food quality/taste was not good when we had dinner at this facility. However breakfast was good.

The rooms were neat and clean. The swimming pool was well maintained. Good options for indoor and outdoor activities. Good lawn space to play with kids. The staff were friendly and approachable. The food was also decent.Very good service. We were a family from 94 year old grandpa to 9 month old baby. Everything was good for all ages groups. I highly recommend for family.

The location, Rooms, Play area for kids. I would say best place for a family outing, Very good Staff, Very humble and friendly. Check -In & Checkout was good. Breakfast was awesome, Not of much variety but it was good taste. One Mr. Mani hope he is supervisor he was very friendly. The entire staff at restaurant was quickly responding to everyone.

The place was a good stay and was value for money. The food was of very good quality and staff was very good in terms of understanding the requirment of guests.

The first room allocated, it was too cramped and was not livable, the photo showed a different picture to reality. That was a bit disappointing. However staff took care of the same.

Breakast on the first day was not that great, very little option to opt for. Breakfast options can be increased

Campfire was not set up due to low number of guests. This was least expected as they could have provided for us as we were Family of 6 members. The request for campfire was infact rejected.

1. Had to wait for nearly an hour for check-in since the room was not ready 2. Transport facility from the resort to the town is needed since the place is quite secluded 3. Menu needs a change. Very limited food daily :)

Hotel is set in a forest and visitor is struck by the beautiful birdsong. Open dining structure is cleverly designed, food very good. Staff are friendly and considerate. Evening bonfire and games resulted in a lot of cross generational laughter. What a good idea!
