Stayed here for a short break from city life and it was totally worth it. The foggy mornings and lush greenery made the whole place feel like a dream. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the resort team surprised us with a lovely room decoration and a cake — it really made the day extra special for us. The suite rooms are huge and well-maintained. A couple of areas like the outdoor play zone were under renovation, but overall, the resort is beautiful and peaceful.... they have good indoor wooden games.. We had couple spa.. very professional....Special thanks to the front desk for the smooth check-in and warm hospitality.. Food was very tasty.. Big size swiming Pool..... Highly recommended for couples and families looking to unwind.

Had a lovely stay at Camel Valley Resort.... The place is clean, peaceful, full Fog, Rainy and perfect for a short getaway. Staff was polite and helpful throughout. We really enjoyed the Bird Park ..... very unique and fun, especially for kids. Food was also tasty with good variety. We stayed in the Executive Suite which was spcious and clean.. Overall, a great experience. Already recommended to friends and would love to visit again!

Bathroom was big size and clean with new fittings but it would’ve been nice if the bathroom had a bathtub. Pool Side floating tube should be there

Beautiful room and clean washroom with hot water in the morning. There was an aviary with parrots and jungle hens just outside our room . The food was excellent esp the buffet breakfast. Very pleasant ambience outside with fragrant flowers in the garden. The staff was very friendly and courteous and provided us extra bedsheet and blankets. Nice arrangements for tea / coffee in the room.

There should be good painting in the reception area which would enliven the area. I would suggest Bijay Biswal’s beautiful works in acrylic.👍 Hopefully next time I come you comply to my request 😊

The ambience was good. Staff was really well disciplined and supportive. Amenities for kids were very good. The in-house activities were excellent.

The room had plenty of mosquitos. Many electrical/mechanical issues had to be sorted out. Most of the time the WiFi provision was substandard and sometimes was not working. A few times there was power outage, and I don't think there was a Backup Gen Set operating. The location is in the outskirts, where local transport is not available for short distance commuting.

the rooms are huge...living room and bedroom can accomodate 5 to 6 people which is permitted.. there are only 4 aviary view rooms where the windows open to the bird park.. it's a unique experience as the birds come up to your windows and the children enjoyed the multiple visits to the aviary. staff are cheerful helpful and nice.. food quality and breakfast spread is good.. swimming pool size is good

it rained and there was water entering the rooms.. there seems to be some leakage on the washroom side. swimming pool water cleanliness can improve

Our stay at camel valley resort which is in igatpuri and it was a fantastic experience. The resort offers a breathtaking view of the surroundings. Making it perfect for nature lovers. The aviary was fabulous we can see different types of birds,bunny hamsters and animals. The room was clean and properly maintained. Ambience was 10/10. The food quality was too good. The staff at this resort were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. People should really visit camel valley resort.

I recently stayed at Camel Valley Resort in Igatpuri and had a really good experience. The rooms were big and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was tasty . I also loved the peaceful location, a great place to spend time with your friends and family

we had a very nice stayy at Camel Valley resort. rooms was very big n cleen.. feel fresh when we entered. the hill view from room was amazing, spclly in the fog morning. they also gave early checkin without any problem. wooden games was intresting near the loby. staff is helpfull n smiling always. really nice place to relax.
