My stay at this hotel in Vinnytsia was excellent. The location is perfect—right in the city center, making it easy to explore the surroundings and reach all major attractions. A big plus for me was having a McDonald's nearby, which was super convenient for a quick bite. Despite being in a central area, the hotel provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep. Everything was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities to make my stay even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The hotel offers great value for money, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again! Slava Ukraini! 🇺🇦

The location of the hotel in the centre of Vinnytsia was great. The room was clean and well equipped. I really liked the two sockets right by the bed. When we got to the room there was only one set of towels and a bathrobe, but we were two people. We pointed this out to reception and were quickly given a second set of towels and a second bathrobe.

We chose the hotel because it was the only hotel in Winizya to offer a buffet breakfast. However, we were disappointed with the quality of the breakfast, the coffee didn't taste good, the scrambled eggs were cold and by 9.30am there was no fruit left on the buffet. We were therefore disappointed with the breakfast buffet.

The rooms were clean and spacious, beds were clean and comfortable, and all necessary complimentary supplies (robe, slippers, coffee/tea etc) were an incredible touch. Staff went beyond their way to prepare an early breakfast/coffee, as we departed before start of breakfast. We'll be honoured to be guests again next time!

It was unclear how to find the parking upon arrival. We had to stop our large vehicle on the curb, on a very crowded street, until we could run inside and find out we had to do a double U-turn to get in the parking. A sign of some sort or instructions ahead of time would be very useful.

I just came from Paris this week , and the thought about hotel "France" in Vinnitsa , almost made me weep. The lobby, the beds , the view from the window, everything was dreamy. This perfect hotel is located at the beating heart of this marvelous city, surrounded by charming restaurants and coffees, just near the big mall, far as 250 meters from the boat marina on the holly river of Bug They just let me in the private underground parking , they with my luggage, they were so nice and polite. And I believe that Montblanc restaurant in the basement is one of the finest in this world. The breakfast there is just a celebration.

Truly excellent location in the very heart of the city, very friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast. The parking lot is a big plus. The spa and the sauna are convenient extras, particularly in winter times. (The hotel also has a rooftop restaurant, but in January this was closed, understandably). All in all, a very good deal.

The blanket could have been a bit thicker.

We had the unfortunate experience of being woken up at 03h.00 by someone knocking on our door. It was a young woman in a bath robe who we assume had been sent to the wrong room by her handler. Breakfast didn't really cater for those people who prefer a healthy choice.

The hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations. it was located on main street with restaurants, shops, pharmacy, just next to the central square. The room was clean, spacious, with all necessary shelves, comfortable furniture and bathroom. Breakfast was great with lots of options, restaurant was spacious place with comfortable and nice atmosphere, staff was friendly and helpful. For the value of money it was great. When in Vinnytsia, definitely will book again.

The blankets were 2 smaller ones on double bed, but it was really a minor discomfort.

It is convenient for a lot of us things. It has a restaurant next door that serves a variety of local dishes. A shopping mall is in walking distance.

It’s minor, and if I hadn’t lost my face mask it wouldn’t be an issue, but there is an area on the wall where your card would normally go to activate power, it glows blue. At night it is bright. For me anyway, but the hotel is great

The gigantic triangular bathtub was a fun surprise. The hot water flowed and provided for a refreshing shower or bath. The bidet is always a nice touch. My room faced away from the street, and was super quiet. Breakfast was on early and was available in a variety of styles, from American to German. Minibar was stocked with all kinds of treats.

The room. Initially they downgraded me. I complained and my original room was granted. The bed is comfortable , but it was two beds to create a queen .
