This is a wonderful hotel in a quiet residential area of Shenzhen, away from the urban hustle and bustle. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff members were outstanding -- specifically, Ian (manager), Fiona and Song (front desk) -- were gracious and always ready and willing to help. We'll be sure to stay here again on our next visit to Shenzhen, and we highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was delicious, and the location was very convenient for exploring the area. The staff were exceptionally helpful and made the stay even more enjoyable

Although the staff were very kind and eager to assist, there were occasional language barriers due to limited English, which made communication a bit challenging at times

The only bad thing about the hotel was that I was not informed in advance that the pool was inactive until next month. Although the pool was great ! They could work on their breakfast buffet and add currency exchange services. The staff were great, the hotel was clean, well designed, overall great experience

The manager of Frank is very kind and friendly. His services are excellent. He was on holiday but he still arranged my check-in very smoothly. The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. My family and I must come back again.

The breakfast is too less food and the refill is very slow even no any more.

Because of the Ching Ming Festival, the hotel shuttle bus driver was on holiday. But there was heavy raining and my mother was very old. Their manager of Frank is very kind and also very good services who drive the car for us to go down to the Shenzhen city. All staff are also very friendly.

The staff are excellent and the rooms are extremely comfortable.

There are not shops or amenities around the area but the views of the mountain and City are amazing.

Its difficult to walk anywhere for shopping
