The staff's attitude and behavior were excellent, the receptionist was friendly and helpful, the hotel's location was convenient, and the food served in the hotel was of high quality.
Due to a power outage, I experienced an uncomfortable night's stay. The lack of power meant I had to endure the night without air conditioning in 35/36-degree weather, causing considerable discomfort. Additionally, I encountered a few maintenance issues such as a broken bathroom door lock and problems with the bathroom's lighting, which was flickering and emitted only dim light. These challenges significantly impacted the quality of my stay.

The walls are dirty.Even the bed sheet & the blanket was dirty.It was not washed.I could see stains in the bed sheet.

Nothing much to like. It is probably the only half decent option in Tinsukia.
The hotel advertises free parking but this is only available after 8:30pm. The hotel is in a mall and only once the shops close, they let you park.
