Probably the best place to stay in Udupi. There are several other hotels which charge 7 or 8 times as much and yet it is hard to imagine what more they could deliver to justify the cost. I have stayed at the Taj in Mumbai and Lucknow so I know what high-end hotels have to offer. The adjoining Pai Tiffin restaurant serves delicious food at reasonable prices. The staff were very helpful to this foreigner who arrived at short notice.

That I couldn't stay here for two nights. It was Diwali and all the rooms were booked for the second night.

The hotel is well located in the center city area and within easy walking distance to sites, good restaurants, shopping, bus stations and even the occasional bar. However, it is not noisy because it is tucked away along a side street. The room is very pleasant and well appointed. It is up-to-date with a recent refurbishment. The bathroom is exceptional. Wifi access is excellent and very consistent with only a very occasional signal drop that is restored almost immediately. The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable. This hotel is well managed. You will not likely have any problems, but if you do need any help, there is always a staff member available to for problem solving. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Overall, the management and staff have put in their best efforts to make the stay comfortable and safe. Compared to other stays in this region, the cleanliness and location is the best for a family stay. Moving around the main city and main areas of tourist interest is a breeze from here. There are auto rickshaws available and the staff at the courteous reception desk were glad to help to get one, if requested.

Overall a good experience.

While booking only Rs. 2099 option was there for choice but after arrival had surprise that booked room was non ac so force to stay in this summer. Also daily promt cleaning schedule for room upon request.

No facility of breakfast in hotel. That must be available. Location of hotel is very good and all this facilities are nearby hotel.

All these things are there. Only atleast breakfast should be arranged. However this facility are available in the same building.

Very clean room and bathroom, clean linen and towels. Basement parking with lift facility from basement to the room floors. DLDC fans used in room along with smart TV with dish connection for regular channels.

9/10... Less 1 point, only for the non availability of a restaurant, which is in progress. Location is excellent with just 500 mtrs away from Krishna Temple. All required stores are nearby. Rooms were exceptionally clean with modern interior. Staff was co-operative.

The stay was pretty good, the rooms were neat and clean with all the facilities. It was a good stay with everything intact. The staff was really helpful and the location was pretty good as it was in the midst of the city center.
