The night manager didn't want to help me really. When he seen that I booked the room for the next day. Didn't want to switch the reservation to the night before. The website wouldn't allow mee to reserve the room when I actually needed it since we arrived in the early a.m.. However, he finally after two long drawn out phone calls with the personal from booking.com, and about an hour she finally was Able to convince the manager that the room was already paid for and that I was actually able to check in at 3:00a.m. instead of waiting. Until 3:00 p.m. to check in. It was frustrating but they did work with me and booking..com

Staff was nice and accommodated me with a downstairs room, it was clean.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable; a little too hard (firm) for me.

The staff was very friendly! I ONLY use Motel 6 because it is the ONLY hotel that allows pets with no deposits & no questions asked!!

Was willing to pay extra for 1pm check out but was denied. Despite being told housekeeping gets off at 3pm. And I was even willing to clean my room ( used to be housekeeper) to the point that only linens would’ve needed to be changed. But I’ll be reserving again.

Location was fine. No breakfast available

They couldn't find my reservation. Didn't have a single room at the reserved price. While taking with a Booking. Com rep I was offered a 2 bed room for the reservation price. NOW to be fair the staff may have needed to make sure my request was legit and I didn't walk in until after midnigh. I had canceled a 2 night reservation after I set up the 3 night reservation, my plans had changed. This may have fed the confusion After everything was worked out, everything was fine. They don’t have breakfast. But they have excellent customer service, the guy at the front didn’t have a room we booked open but he price matched what we paid already and gave us a wonderful room just as good

Everything was great. No complaints.

I requested a ground floor level room, and they were very nice to oblige.

The staff were friendly and helpful. This wasn't the Ritz, but it was clean, comfortable and safe.
