The beds were very comfortable, and the mattress, duvet and pillows had excellent quality. The room had a coffeemaker Nesspresso and a fridge. the microwave was in the corridor. The check-in was a bit slow but very polite and they gave all the information. The beach was excellent and had many activities. the bistro had a beautiful area but the food was not as good as it was supposed to be. I didn't try the restaurant, costly and did not have as many choices for food. The swimming pools and hot water pool were very nice. The animators in hotel were very friendly.

the Food

We loved the remote location & being surrounded by lakes in the region. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! The staff at reception and restaurants were friendly & helpful. Good range of winter activities available but due to lack of snow (not the result of the resort) many options were unavailable.

We were located on the third floor in one of the further buildings with no lift. With lots of luggage, this was very challenging. I would suggest requesting an accessible room if you have lots of luggage.

Everything was perfect, location, activities… You can be busy for whole day and enjoy the private sandy beach. The water was so clean!

I stayed for 4 days, during our accommodation no one came for room cleaning and it make me disappointed..

We came here for a short family holiday and the hotel was very well fit for this purpose. The surroundings are very nice and the building is quite beautiful. The room was clean and modern, though the bathroom could have been a bit bigger perhaps? The lake, the pools and sauna all were very well kept and my children loved it. The Bistro food could be better but then again is not expensive. The restaurant Le Cerf Rouge is much better and we had very nice duck there.

We liked it over all. I would say the food at the Bistro should be better.

They really focus on nature… flowers, trees, fire pits , the food is excellent and all the employees are smiling ..and helpful .. that is not happening a lot these days .

It seems that you did not transfert our request for a room with 2 beds. We were 3 persons booking the same request and we did have our rooms when we arrived. Thankfully the front desk reacted quite professionally. We were given free drinks while we waited for our room and again their apologies…

It’s a great, peaceful, beautiful place to visit. My family and I came during summer. We enjoyed the wile place , auberge and beach. We had different activities that we could do for free. I recommend.

I lot of mosquitoes during night and early morning that was not able to stay a long time outside.

Everything was perfect. Paradise ine one place. So much fun and relaxing at the same time. So much things to do for everyone in the family or for a solo traveler.

That it ended so quickly :(

diner was very good and so was breakfast, service was very good. Room was clean and perfect location in front of lake... stunning sunset view, loved the added Adirondack chairs in front of back door.

we ordered a picnic basket for lunch not knowing it was raw and we had to cook it ourselves. You should advise the clients, lol.. we were surprised to receive raw meat. There are clean BBQs many places so that was good but then we needed plates to carry food... just small things like that

Staff was amazing and all nice. So many activities to do for any age. The beach was beautiful and clean. Very laid back. Food was delicious. Staff was incredibly helpful and available.

They automatically include a 14% tip on everything you buy.

Beautiful setting surrounded by nature, a great escape from city life! We really felt on holiday and enjoyed the lake, paddleboarding, playing tennis, etc. We love that our dog was allowed on the premises and on one of the beaches/trails, etc. A great holiday!

Quite expensive to eat, we weren't expecting to pay so much for lunch and dinner. Everything to drink and eat is additional.
