The room was very large, very very clean and met all of my needs. I was very very comfortable here. The location was great for visiting the fort, just a short tuktuk drive up the hill. The hotel arranged a driver for me for 3 hours on the fort and back for 800 rupees. They also arranged an early tuktuk for me for the train station. The hotel has a restaurant, I had my dinner here which was a very very good Mewari! So flavourful.

There were two parties present during my one night stay, the rooftop was booked by one party and then in the restaurant there was a children’s party which was incredibly loud with loud music. I had to wear ear plugs just to remain in the room to eat. Really they should have closed the restaurant to guests whilst they had the booking. But the food was absolutely excellent.

The hotel was very clean & comfortable, staff was polite, friendly, very accommodating & helpful. Neelu & the other guy at the front desk were exceptionally diligent & went over & beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Our cab was scheduled at 11 am and the check out time was 10:30 am, they themselves offered that we can checkout late & no need to rush. This is very rare & depicts great customer service & generosity. Thank you guys! We loved every bit of our stay with you.

Breakfast was the only thing to be improved, more options & facilities like a toaster to toast bread & some considerations for foreigners who cannot eat spicy food. However, the Choley Bhature served in breakfast were delicious!

This hotel was surprisingly modern, spacious, very clean and comfortable. The young manager is smart and tech savvy. The hotel is very close to the fascinating Chittorgarh Fort, so it is easy to access the fort in the day and then return to it at night for dining, if interested. There is also a small shopping mall a short walk away. At the hotel, the upstairs restaurant offers a decent selection of options and the food is well prepared. This hotel was the 'surprise' stay of my time in Rajasthan. Highly recommended if you are there to see the Chittor Fort.

Generally, there is not much in the area near the hotel, so be prepared to focus on the Fort tour with your time there.

The room is very spacious and perfectly clean. The bed really comfortable and there is a lot of space also in the bathroom. Wi fi is working well as air condition. Inside modern forniture and a desk when you can also work and a sofa space with a coffee table that it is a nice plus. Also free water. The staff is welcoming and helpful.

no windows, but it is common in India. The breakfast have mainly Indian cuisine, so if you are from western Europe, it would be not too appealing. The location is a little bit far from the fort and other attractions.

The hotel has a very nice view of the fort, especially at night. The staff was friendly, however their communication between each other was not too good. Things I talked to one of the staff members about never reached the next shift, which nearly led to problems. The room is very basic, but the bed is comfortable. The restaurant was good value for money, but they didn’t have everything they offered.

As mentioned above communication between the staff members could be improved. Breakfast could be improved too. There was no coffee, even after I asked for some and they told me they’d make some. There also wasn’t a lot of variation in the food. The breakfast was overpriced. For a cheaper price it would have been just fine!! The smell of the room also wasn’t the greatest. This wasn’t a big issue, but something that could eventually be improved by the owner.

This hotel is a benchmark property in the transformation of Indian hospitality from Third World to 1st world. The build quality in the rooms is simply modern world class . Normally, you travelling India and it’s rough around the edges. Not at this property. The panel works, the air conditioning works, the bathroom works and the staff are on the ball. .

Don’t try the stairs, just use the lift.

Very clean hotel. It’s new (3 months) so a few things still being sorted. Good breakfast for the money. The owner was lovely and sorted us a tuk tuk and guide to the fort and the station.

Our room didn’t have windows and the shower temperature was either boiling or cold (but think due to it being new). The restaurant isn’t open and there’s not much nearby, but they have a menu and can do room service.

Location at foot of fort was great. Hotel clean and functional. Staff very helpful and arranged a guide and tut tut for the day etc no problem. All good. Fab value for money

No kettle and no hair dryer. Perhaps reception if asked could supply but I didn't bother. Breakfast was a bit lacking in choice but parathas were lovely and you got tea/coffee and toast which was great value for £20 per night.

The hotel is new, in fact was opened just a week earlier. The rooms were newl and newly furnished. Staff was very helpful. Location is great. Bed was comfortable.

The food options at breakfast were limited (new hotel). There was hallway noise due to some kid running around as the rooms are close to each other. The storage in the room is limited and so are AC outlets. The hotel main entrance had no signs.

I like the ambiance and disciplined atmosphere in the hotel.Cleaniness and staff behaviour attract the tourist to stay.

I like the hotel and in addition to that food quality needs to be improved ,by the way I don't like oily and spicy.Kettle ,slipper ,soap and sampoo need to be provide as this is the business attraction now-a-days.
