The rooms are spacious and comfortable and have lovely views . Hotel has a nice premium feel to it .

Room wasn’t cleaned automatically for housekeeping when we went out for whole day ! Had to specially call for it in the evening ! No proper sufficient parking space becomes chaotic even if only 2-3 guest cars come at a time . The check out time took too long , reception staff is friendly and wants to help but is too slow to react for even small requests like water bottles or towels . Seems the hotel is understaffed .

Excellent Service. Special mention to Naveen, Mr. Rajesh Singh Thakur (General Manager) and Dheeraj from Restraunt. I was down with viral and on Sunday despite the town being closed Mr. Rajesh was able to organise medicines for me. The service at the hotel is like a 5 star. Food is outstanding and the rooms are exactly like a 5 star hotel. The masala chai though a bit expensive is very nice and it is served like a 5 star hotel along with some very nice cookies and a generous portion size as well. Location of the hotel is perfect.

Only vegetarian food is served. You will not find even eggs being served at breakfast. However if you are a vegetarian the food is excellent.

Location and cleanliness. Mr Naveen Rana was very helpful in every way.

Food cost is astronomical. Nobody pays Rs 400/- for a cup of tea in Narkanda location. Fortunately Hotel Hatu is just 400 metres away which is a Himachal Pradesh Tourism Department hotel and provides excellent food at 15-20% rate of GreenBerries.

Location is great, staff is super helpful, the property with spacious rooms and a deck on every side is wonderful. Breakfast - Limited spread but very good food, tad expensive considering off season and very low occupancy

1. its a vegetarian hotel and very limited food choices that too with very expensive pricing 2. The HVAC system only available for Cooling no heating available. They Provide Extra Pedestal heater to heat the room. 3. No Centralized Heat Pump for Washroom they have room Gyser which is very poor in working.
