I liked pretty much everything about this hotel and staff especially the kind hearted manager Mr. Murat Ceceva who was looking after his guests as family and kept guiding us to best sightseeing places around the place and beyond every single day and Zeyneb the most amazing front desk woman I know and not forgetting Süleyman Erdinc who was checking on us and if we needed anything… the breakfast is widely varied from turkish to international cuisine and the staff are wonderful and willingly serving guests with everything.. in general I would recommend this hotel as a second home … thank you all 🙏🏻

The hotel was brand new and very modern. All deatails were really high quality, minimalist and good taste. We liked very much! The most beatifull was the see view, and the armchare in front of the big-big window! The personal was very kind, breakfast was good and realy tasty! The hotel is positioned near the main road, and in front of the see. More restaurants are around and you can have a walk on the beach! The sunset in magic from the room! Don’t miss this hotel!

The water pressure in the bathroom is to high and made a small inundation in the bathroom after you took a shower.

No swimming pool Limited car parking Just the down point that, upon checking in, the receptionist informed us that the breakfast costs TL 150 for adult, TL 75 for children from 6 to 12 year old, and free of charge for kids below 6 year old, upon checking out, they denied that and they have charged us full amount (TL 150) for everyones regardless their ages!!?? They have to charge us according to what he told us and he wrote it down to us in a paper in the front desk, that was totally unprofessional,

The rooms are comfy and spacious ( we booked the family room). The room facilities

The restaurant didn't have a lot of food varieties for breakfast (like pancakes and simit) The restaurant staff made a couple of mistakes with room service orders due to the language barrier. They should work on their English. The location of the hotel: it's far from central trabzon by 2 hours and central Rize by 1 hour. We spent a lot of time driving to get to our different destinations and the children got tired and restless, and we had to pay our driver extra money as compensation for the long distance.

The Hotel was easy to reach from the airport, being on the main highway. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs by arranging private tours and such.

A very minor gripe is that the TV channels available were fairly limited and virtually all in Turkish. If weather conditions force you to stay in the hotel that day (a likely event in Rize), you might find entertainment difficult to find if you don't speak Turkish.

Staff are very welcoming and kind (always smiling). Cleanness is 10/10. Food is so delicious. The location is ideal depending on what you’re aiming from your trip. If you want calmness and sea view, this is the place. It was relatively close to top attractions such as Ayder and Uzungöl. Finally, Findikli community is very nice.

Everything was good and comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful and welcoming especially Zeynep Bayza, Mr. Murat Kaptan , Erdinç Misirli .. they really treated us as family and asked us how we spent our day ❤️

The breakfast needs to have more variety of breads I guess and egg selection.

Ramada Findikli is an excellent choice for the location. It a clean comfortable family friendly hotel with very good breakfast and very welcoming staff that go above abd beyond to answer all your needs. special thank you to reception and Ms. Beyza.
