Excellent facilities with very friendly staff. Parveena and Ali, at the reception, went out of their way to help us every possible way. Housekeeping guys, Pranav and Anup, were very helpful. Room facilities were superb. Main meals and breakfasts contained plenty of choices and were delicious. Nothing to complain and highly recommend.

It is located in a busy market area, although that didn't get any negative points as we liked to explore the locals.

Extremely modern Hotel in a not so modern place ! Beautiful laid out dining area , good spacious rooms with well equipped washrooms . Good spread of meals for both dinner as well as breakfast . We were treated to apricots grown in the garden of the hotel , which was a warm gesture from the Hotel staff. Very commendable of maintaining such facilities in a very difficult place at a value for money proposition .

The approach to the Hotel is through very narrow lanes and dinghy shops on either side of the road . But once you enter the Hotel , the warmth and hospitality of the place makes you forget the lead up to the place !!

The rooms were beautiful. So were the bathrooms. Each of our rooms had an additional heater considering the temperature was around -6 degrees. outside The food was excellent. The manager and his aid - both very young and extremely capable and caring. Thank you very much. Would love to stay again.

Brilliant location loved the sheltered garden off the restaurant. The hotel is everything you would expect from a modern hotel. Staff were fantastic.
