If you’re staying in Lumbini look no further than this. With the heat of the place, a swimming pool is essential and the pool here is lovely. So glad we opted for a hotel with a pool for the afternoon after being out and about. The rooms were clean, spacious and the air con was great. Staff were very helpful, kind and even took the time to give my wife some birthday cake on the morning of her birthday at breakfast. Overall very happy with the stay and well worth what was paid.

One small point was that the water in all of the rooms stopped working on our last morning. Stopped us being able to shower or use the toilet and sink. We had to use the toilet in reception in order to quickly get washed etc. before leaving.

Hotel in lovely grounds and pool lovely. Plenty of sunbeds. Food in restaurant lovely, fixed times (not my ideal) but did serve me just outside of these times. Great vegetarian (muttar paneer-wow!) and vegan food and probably the best Thali I've ever eaten! Room beautiful, liked the seating outside, good to relax with a cup of tea and a book. Organised tuk tuk for me to visit temples, and driver was great, used tuk tuk for 2 days. Location fine, same as most of the Hotels in Lumbini.

No fridge (important in that heat) and some works going on to an extention. Not too intrusive to most people as out and about sightseeing during day though.

Beautiful location, excellent service.

Food could definitely be much better options and quality. The open air bathroom with millions of mosquitoes was not a plus . Construction wise as soon as you enter the room, there is a small pool which also was a breeding grand for mosquitoes.

Facility is well maintained.

Swimming pool timings are not suitable for guests. It shall open from 6 am and open until 10 pm. Further, swimming pool attendant is not seen around. Breakfast spread for the star rating is low and requires enhancement.

As people say "a bit tired hotel", not bad, Just little bit old. Little bit sovet union style)) it like all 4* indian hotels. In Lumbini there is not much choice, good hotels exists, but too far from main sight seen place. And near by hotels are Just mostly horible. So, that one is not a bad choice. Big garden and veeery big nice pool!

Food is very expancive, more then double price from normal, but in that village no any restourants, so no choice. Food in buffet is good though.

Ambiance. The real Lumbini experience at Kapilvastu garden. Perfectly designed for the purpose, very well delivered hospitality. Food was good and available at late hours too.

Perfect location, clean, very friendly and helpful staff, good restaurant and bar. Beautiful surroundings. Airport pick up worked perfectly.

The property is right in front of the Lumbini park /Buddha Maya temple view from the balcony and also few minutes away from the main gates. spacious clean and windows with natural light

I loved my stay, the staff is sweet and helpful, nice continental food. The pool! The hotel arranged a tuk tuk of sightseeing of all temples with a very sweet guy!

the wifi in the wing where I was staying was not working, also Ncell carrier has very little range inside the premises. That was for me a bit of a problem
