Large, modern, clean and comfortable room with wifi hot shower. Pleasant restaurant and bar with terrace overlooking the Diu Fort. Good breakfast. Most helpful staff offering friendly and attentive service. Right opposite the Diu Fort and within working distance of the St Paul Church, Zampa Gate, Diu walls and other historic sites, and other restaurants and bars.

The view from the room on the city side was disappointing. If the view matters to you, select accordingly (e.g. fort view).

Excellent place to stay,excellent services,they served good food on order ,we had dinner it was very tasty, immaculately clean hotel,location is very good,just before Diu fort.we asked for extra toiletries and water bottles they served free of cost.staff behavior is good ,they greet you with a soft drink. We booked two rooms for 13000rs inclusive of all taxes,including breakfast, they served high tea and scrumptious breakfast. Over excellent and memorable stay.

Superb and very comfortable stay. Very good staff. Ms Gayatri at frontdesk was quite helpful. The rooms are very spacious and tastefully done up. Location wise the hotel is just next to Diu Fort. Slightly far from the popular Nagao beach.

1.The dining part especially the food spread and service was not commensurate with the other facilities in the hotel. 2.The communication ie the telephone connection between rooms and frontdesk was non functional..

The behavior of the staff was very impressive. The only drawback is that there is no liquor available. There is a need for a restaurant menu in the room and the facility to order directly from the restaurant. The behavior of the security guard was especially good. Everything else is to give a luxurious experience.

Location needs to be addressed properly. GPS location does not track the resort. Pls contact number and location needs to be shared during confirmation call.

The staff was one of the best and professional. Everyone from room service to reception to valvet parking every staff deserve a round of appreciation.

Booking.com had not provided the age of my child who is 13 because of which we have to sleep on one bed as for extra bed they were charging so the sleep at night was not comfortable at all. Also while checking out we have to carry luggage. And also have to get the car from parking as drive was available at 9:00 in morning

Location was superb but the staff was so untrained and lithrgic..

I like the ambience ..the staff was to slow and service was terrific.the desk manager lost our luggage and there was no response till 3_4 hours if anything ordered or instruction
